Hello. So basically i am on my second cycle which is:
Week 1-12 Test e 250 monday-thursday
Week 1-4 Dbol 30mg
Week 8-12 winstrol 30mg
All products are Thaiger Pharma and they are not fake.
I have liver support pills, proviron and nolvadex. Taking 2 liver pills daily and 2 25mg proviron pills daily.

So i am on day 4. My blood pressure is 145/86 by just sitting on a chair. I have never fainted in my life but yesterday at the gym i felt like i am going to faint so i sat down and after a bit i left the gym. Can someone explain what exactly i am doing wrong? My diet is on point 190p 500c 80, i drink about 3-4 litres water.

That's definitively hypertenstive, and enough reason that I would end the cycle (let alone the fainting). You are risking cardiovascular and renal damage and disease.

Get a home blood pressure monitor (Omron), and start monitoring your waking blood pressure.
Adopt the DASH diet and stick to it religiously.
Get to 120/70 before you consider using AAS - next time without the Dbol.

Are you 21 or 26?? You go by different ages? If your 21 that's the issue. Your to fukin young. Great that you were healthy before the cycle. Now your not. Drop it and hope you haven't fukd yourself. Are you big, skinny, height. What the fuk are your stats? Although I find it hard to believe anything since you already lied. Destroying your health at 21 is kind of a stupid idea. Smarten up.

I started juicing at 20 and never had high bp it's not age related I can tell you that. high amounts of carbs do increase bp especially if you went from low carb to high carb diet suddenly.

I'm saying starting at 21 was fukin stupid. Or 26? Whatever he is. And how do you know its not age related? Just because it didn't happen to you. Young people can have high BP issues. And bad BP at a young age drastically increases cardiovascular issues. Could also be kidney issues. He shouldn't be using gear. Your experience relates to your body, not his.

Technically you have stage 1 hypertension and most MD's prescribe a thiazide diuretic initially. Was an appropriate size blood pressure cuff used to measure your BP? If not then you could have measured falsely high. When you had the near fainting spell, did it come immediately after a heavy lift (vasovagal maneuver)? Monitor your heart rate as well as your blood pressure. Many home blood pressure kits are unreliable. If you do invest in one, be sure to get a high quality one. You may want to consider dropping the Dbol until you figure out what this near syncopal episode was caused by

If you're 21, you're too young to be self-administering exogenous AAS, and you're liable to permanently damage your HPG axis.
And if you're 21 and have never had any health problems, you shouldn't be hypertensive on-cycle. The fact that you are, is indicative that something is very wrong.

Yup!!

Check to make sure you measured correctly. I used those self measuring stations in grocery stores and they always read high. I get a proper one at the doctor and I'm always in range. I've read it reads incorrectly due to having larger arms.

Your arm still fits in them?

Well the thing that i was measuring it it seems it was broken. I went to 3 different doctors and it was 110-115/58-70

I see this a lot here, and I'm worried that some guys are just being selective in the numbers they accept, while dismissing those that are concerning.

If you had numbers that high, you should be concerned enough to get a home blood pressure monitor (Omron) and log your waking blood pressure - waking will be higher.

Yeah dude id agree with @Erin on this get a good home monitor and check your blood pressure at the same time every morning ! That way you at least have a baseline to compare against , because just randomly getting your bp checked really tells you nothing as your bp fluctuates vastly throughout the day . Invest in a monitor and be safe , its not worth taking a chance over especially as young as you are ! When I first started using aas I had bad bp issues , but stayed on top of it and figured out what worked for me to keep my bp in normal range . So most people will say your to young and if your having bp issues stop cycling (which is good advice) but I know In reality most people are gonna do what they want to do regardless , so atleast dont be stupid and take take the proper measures and precautions to stay safe!
