There seems to be an issue.

I can confirm that my customer friend received said newsletter on an email related to an old account.

However, he has not received that email or status updates on an order made through his new account (creation march 2025). He triple-checked his email.
The order arrived successfully though. Could there be something wrong with the email delivery system for newer accounts?

Yes, this problem actually happened about a week ago. We changed the service provider and now everything should be fine. But this does not exclude the possibility that sometimes clients write incorrect emails.

That is not true for most of the world. The fact it was stored and a transfer is made is a 10year sentence to your customers. No additional detail needed.
