Blood Pressure

Just for fat loss and because I have an under active thyroid. Heart rate is normal. No HGH, yet...

How's the t3 working? I've always wanted to try, but everyone says it will make you feel flat or like shit. Apparently t4 is better so not too sure? I've seen pharm grade t3/t4 combo tabs so maybe that's the way to go? Thanks brother

Not too sure about t4, but so far the t3 seems to be really great at keeping my energy levels high and appetite up. Also I don’t think it eats any muscle at 50mcg as long as you’re on AAS too. I feel flat 6 days a week when cutting lol, couldn’t say.

How "relaxed" are you guys when you take these readings? I got 169/83 first try and 148/78 five minutes later and I wouldn't say I was very relaxed in either case. Pretty huge difference. I've always been prone to high systolic BP even before steroids unfortunately.

I'm anxious to take anything to control the high systolic in case it also gives me low diastolic. But I'm thinking about daily aspirin and Cialis.

Most of these personal bp machine are highly inaccurate so best bet is get a doctor to take your bp and then right after try your personal machine and see how off it is.

I check my bp with my morning coffee while resting my arm on the table I'm sitting at just like when I'm at the doctor's getting it done. If your cuff is too tight the reading will be off and wrist cuffs are very inaccurate fyi.

I used to be in nursing so I can listen for my own BP readings pretty efficiently. The cuffs aren't that bad, but when using one I always take an average of 3-5 readings. Always seated for 5 minutes, legs uncrossed, arm at heart height taking deep breaths.

Well, try it again when you are relaxed.

165/86/95 today, started taking 5mg Cialis and 75mg aspirin ED a few days ago as well as celery seed extract 3000mg. I run 5k twice a week, work out on the other four days and usually go for a long walk on the seventh day. I think the high heart rate is due to the 400mg tren, it's normally around 60 on cruise.

Will add L-arginine and Hawthorne berry but beyond that I have no knowledge of any more things that can help blood pressure except prescription drugs, which I'm looking into obtaining, and Rauwolfia which reduces heart rate and I think would be detrimental to my cut.

Does anyone have any suggestions and comments on how much of a risk I'm taking doing another seven weeks of this?

Well first off if you're wanting to drop your bp then quit using tren! I'd start adding 20 minutes daily cardio on non running days and see if that helps. What's your diet like and what gear you running and how much? What's your bp like when off gear or on cruise? Your systolic number is fine, but your diastolic would be better around 70. Oh how tall are you?

119/77 71bpm

I want more accuracy so I'm going to buy the bulb and cuff/stethoscope that the docs use and teach myself how to use it properly.

I'm 6'2" 86kg using 250mg test and 400mg tren for an urgent cut/recomp.
My diet is clean but I'm not currently in a position where I'm able to track macros. Probably in around a 500-1000 deficit.
Blood pressure on cruise has been around 70-80/130-140, there is a family history of hypertension unfortunately.

I'm getting some mild prolactin sides (not lactating or gyno, just difficult to finish) from the tren so I've ordered some p5p to try and reduce this (caber seemed like overkill), I've read that this in turn may also help blood pressure.

I believe my estrogen level is okay on this low test and am not getting side effects either way but could try taking a very tiny adex dose to lower it?

I can actually feel the heart beats in my arm and make a pretty good guess of the results watching the number go down on my monitor before it actually gives its final readings. Interested to know how the stethoscope method goes for you.

Ok, so . . . I stopped my cycle (gram test, half gram deca) stopped hgh, and blood pressure has been steadily climbing.

Doctor measured it at 160/80 with a large blood pressure cuff

154/83 just now on wrist monitor

140/84
139/73

Groan, these were all taken back to back

And this is on blood pressure meds

What does “my diet is clean” mean? You have no idea whether or not you’re in a deficit without tracking. You ask what risks you’re taking by continuing. You’re suffering from cognitive dissonance. You’re looking for the answer you want to hear as opposed to the truth. You’re doing almost everything incorrectly, and half ass trying to correct it. You can’t sustain that BP. You have to track your macros. If you’re in a position to run these compounds and take your BP daily, you’re in a position to track your macros, sorry. Diet is 80% of this whole game and you’re basically disregarding it. You’re having prolactin sides while running a 19 nor and didn’t have P5P or caber before hand? I think it’s too late for P5P. I don’t think you’re ready to be using these compounds personally.
