Blood Pressure

Ok, so . . . I stopped my cycle (gram test, half gram deca) stopped hgh, and blood pressure has been steadily climbing.

Doctor measured it at 160/80 with a large blood pressure cuff

154/83 just now on wrist monitor

140/84
139/73

Groan, these were all taken back to back

And this is on blood pressure meds
I think you’re anxiety is contributing

What does “my diet is clean” mean? You have no idea whether or not you’re in a deficit without tracking. You ask what risks you’re taking by continuing. You’re suffering from cognitive dissonance. You’re looking for the answer you want to hear as opposed to the truth. You’re doing almost everything incorrectly, and half ass trying to correct it. You can’t sustain that BP. You have to track your macros. If you’re in a position to run these compounds and take your BP daily, you’re in a position to track your macros, sorry. Diet is 80% of this whole game and you’re basically disregarding it. You’re having prolactin sides while running a 19 nor and didn’t have P5P or caber before hand? I think it’s too late for P5P. I don’t think you’re ready to be using these compounds personally.

I'm tracking my deficit by monitoring weight loss rate and adjusting as appropriate, making sure I still get at least 2g/kg protein. I'm just not in a position right now to be asking for weights and measures of the food we eat (though I know it is healthy, vegetarian food) without causing a whole load of aggro. My living situation is not ideal due to circumstances but I'm doing the best I can with what I have. Normally I track macros and calories religiously, and I hate that I'm having to eyeball everything right now.

As for the p5p/caber, I can get next day shipping if I need to, the UK is a nice place to juice.

I defer to my previous reply, if you can’t do it 100% correctly, wait until you can.

119/74 78bpm this morning.

I took 3mg aromasin and 100mg tbol yesterday morning and my heart was racing all day around 88bpm. I'm pretty sure it's the asin so going to switch to ralox and see how that works. The older I get the more shit that affects my heart :(

Much more comprehensive, however, I can’t find a date. This study is loaded with caveats.
Yep, it really depends on what kind of study population is looked at. It definitely cannot just be extrapolated to the situation in AAS users. The decrease in this study is very small too; a drop from 40,7% to 40,0%.

The following study didn't find a decrease in the population it evaluated: Effect of angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors and angiotensin receptor blockers on hemoglobin levels
(note that there is a direct and strong relation between hemoglobin and hematocrit, and the two are commonly used interchangeably in medicine).

The mechanism through which ARBs (and angiotensin inhibitors) decrease hematocrit in certain populations is unsure.

my grandad who is almost 90y/o has an average bp of 165/55 , I've checked his diary of his readings and I saw as high as 210/65. I told him that the doc should be more concerned about his bp.

He actually lost the vision in one eye due to high eye pressure a long time ago, other than that he's doing fine.

149/84

My diastolic number has been stubbornly high for some time now, in spite of blood pressure meds.

I stopped hgh several days ago due to swollen ankles.

I am reducing testosterone to 250 mg a week.

I am instituting daily (or so) cardio, which I have not been doing recently.

If none of this works, then I am leaning towards thinking my senior citizen heart just does not like walking around at 240-250 pounds. If that is the case, then I will lose weight reluctantly. Hopefully that will take care of it. I hope that is not the case, as I worked very hard to put on this weight and am the largest I have ever been . . . and I know I need more weight to do well in an NPC contest . . .

It's the hgh and body weight bro. Sorry to say it, but that's just reality for us older fellas. I'm sure you will feel a shit ton better around 220lbs and nobody ever wishes they could have been bigger when on their death bed lol so don't just be strong of body bro......be strong of mind and don't dwell on what the scale says.

500 Test, 400 Tren, 1 mg*2 arimidex/week, 100mg*3 p5p per day
Dropped telmisartan some weeks ago, I take a baby aspirin when I remember, taking also 500 mg metformin if it's worth it.

How's your guts on the metformin?
When I'm not stressed, I feel like I can go to the bathroom well with the metformin. Usually when cutting, I do have problems. Right now I feel like they are less pronounced. I'm taking the fast acting one from my dad since he is diabetic

#1 not everyone gets the digestive side effect, #2 if you do, it’d temporary. Too much vacillation, you have to see how these things work for you. I feel like you fish around for the answers you want to hear. Everyone is different and these compounds affect individuals differently.

Excuse me lol? You think asking others about their experience with sides is fishing for answers I want to hear? I'm just do my homework before I try something and if you don't like that well you can put me on ignore and go troll someone else;)

No, I think fishing for answers you want to hear is fishing for answers you want to hear. I had zero gastric distress with up to 2500mg metformin. Others have shit their pants on 500mg. YMMV, but, this info is all over this site. Your only option in regard to your personal reaction to metformin is to use it. It’s cheap.

At lunch, 6 hours ago, I was something like 150/80 lol very strange. Checked right now and it is 134/70 rbpm 82.
