I would be, too. Those sorts of numbers seem to be a distant memory for me.I had 120/55 at the doctor's office the other day, the nurse lady was really happy
I've been doing walking on treadmill at 4.5 mph on 15° incline 5 days a week for 20-30 minutes. My numbers have never been so goodI would be, too. Those sorts of numbers seem to be a distant memory for me.

So where are all the guys with high blood pressure? It can't be that rare on a steroid forum.
So I have been doing fasted cardio in the a.m. this week. Not everyday, but most days.
I found today I had a hard time this morning getting my heart rate up on the stepmill, which is usually not a problem. I use an "interval" workout, and my heart rate kept dropping below 120 every time the peak of the interval eased off.
Blood pressure today is only 129/61, and I did not just down two glasses of red wine.
It's just one reading, which does not a trend make, but I found the combination of the lower heart rate while doing cardio and the surprisingly low blood pressure on the same day hard to ignore and worth commenting upon.
I think that's a big part of why mine has been better lately. I've made sure to get 30 mins elliptical daily and increased my water intake. I try to do fasted cardio in the morning, but it only happens once or twice a week, on a good week. I haven't taken telmisartan in weeks and went from daily cialis to 10mg a couple times a week.So I have been doing fasted cardio in the a.m. this week. Not everyday, but most days.
