BlueDress's First

So, black suit, you gonna rock out with some testosterone soon? :)
"Assembling the tools" I want to run a simple Test-E cycle for 10-12 weeks. The PCT/anti-gyno thing is biggest concern - I want to make sure I get A-dex to fight everything. I have had some slight gyno since junior high - hereditary thing (thanks Dad and Grampa) but like the Johnny Cash song, "A Boy Named Sue" it made me self-conscious and mad as fuck trying to compensate growing up. I could write a book "How Gyno made me an Airborne Ranger." Short answer is yes but because of some timing issues with travel/work, probably not until late next month or even July.

Oh I'm so happy she's getting good results! Sounds like y'all had a great time! I look forward to the pics!
So much fun Wendy, it should have been illegal! ..and BD was in heaven with all the somewhat unexpected attention and admiration too. She could let go too because there was no one there we knew. We took some great pics...

So glad to hear from you guys. I'm glad you two had a fabulous vacay.
BD is doing amazing, I can only imagine how she must look now, her pics from the beginning were jaw dropping!
Such a big inspiration.
If Anavar has done so much for her I could only imagine what primo would do.
I honestly can't wait to try it. I have a stash of it and I'm so bummed out I have to wait at least 12 more weeks to run it :(

Painful pumps can be easily resolved with Taurine. I take 2 capsules of 500mg each before I do arms or calves. It got to the point where I couldn't finish my workouts bc forearm pumps were so incredibly painful. Taurine took care of that!

Looking forward to seeing progress pics :)
Thanks Devika! You and @Crystal234 nailed it... She had been taking the Taurine until before we left and then it all started after we stopped taking it. Started again last night . She's also going to take more than what she was taking before and boost it to 200mg Taurine with each morning and evening 10mg var dose. So hopefully that will stop the issue. Good advice - thanks.

You, Crystal, and Wendy and HC have had awesome results these last few weeks. I'm psyched for you too - you're upcoming "operation" and then that Primo. Maybe you a BD will be on the similar timelines if she goes for it. (and I would be in the middle of mine!)

The pct/anti-gyno thing is biggest concern

Probably everyone's biggest concern going into a cycle. Get your adex and make sure to have nolva on hand and you'll be good to go.

You should plan it so you guys start cycles at the same time... you'll be chasing each other around for sex non stop :)

So a couple of progress pics.

We're going to measure well this weekend but I think she lost some BF around thighs epscially. Definitely see a much better Glute/Ham separation - she's always had the "bowling ball butt", but its way more noticeable now and prominent.

Vascularity is through the roof - especially in the chest and shoulders where her skin is thinner. Tan just makes everything more visible too.

Size-wise, I think her arms are maybe slightly bigger. Shes always had great biceps around 14"/14+" but we'll see if she grew this weekend. I noticed that her back seems wider and more flared. I helped her zipper her dress up this morning which she both agreed has never been more difficult. That and her waist is leaner too. She has had a hard time buying clothes for work that fit for years. Now even harder.

I didn't get a picture but for the first time ever, she's seeing definition on her calves now too.

Never seeing people again is my favorite. She looks incredible. Just incredible. If I saw her at the gym I would love/hate her. :) Just wow.....
Thanks Wendy! It's funny how women are. Lots of random women will come up to her and gush - that they love her body and want to have one just like it. Others, especially at her work, are fucking resentful, miserable bitches who seem angry that she has PhD too and doesn't fit the stereotype (of their shared profession). You guys can be the meanest to each other.
Most chicks at the gym love her though (...she could be their mom!).

Yeah female on female hate is such a thing.....I wish I knew what it was in us that makes us like that. I wish I could say I'm above it, but, well....what is they say, awareness is a first step? LOL... :) I was an attractive young engineer at one point in my life so I, too, have felt the hate and resentfulness (hell, from men too since I was in "their" sandbox"). The beauty of getting older though is not caring anymore what others think :)

I hope you're telling BD how exceptional we all think she is and she has a secret admirer's club over here!

This all sounds so familiar. I make it a point to go out of my way to compliment a female at the gym if I think she looks fabulous. Most women who lift at my home gym are all so supportive of each other. I love it. It's the non-lifters who give us the death stares and eye rolls, ha.

Woah!
BD looks fantastic. She's perfect

So BD ends 8 week cycle tomorrow…and 8 week countdown begins before she does #2 and I run my own test cycle alongside. Pending bloodwork results later, overall it was awesome – simply awesome. I’ve never seen her so happy and pleased in all our years.

After tapering up for three weeks, she ran 20mg a day for 5 out 8 weeks. She stopped taking her post menopause prescription Estradiol at week 4.

Negative Sides: She experienced only the most minor of sides – very very mild acne on back and chest, and a tad this past week on back of triceps. Hair became more brittle but no noticeable hair loss. She had increasingly painful pumps that started around week 4 in her calves and eventually affected every major muscle in her body. She supplemented with 600 grams of taurine a day and that helped alleviate those symptoms somewhat. No clit enlargement or increased sensitivity. No increase in libido (sad face). No throat/voice changes. No new or thicker hair appearing anywhere.

Weight/Measurements change: No change until the last four weeks. She is up 5 lbs, ending cycle at almost 171 lbs. That said, her body measurements did not change too radically with two exceptions but her composition certainly did. Waist increased form 28 ½ to 29 ½. Shoulders went from 43 ½ to 44 1/2. Arms stayed at 14” and Quads down slightly to 25” from 25 ½ but they are totally different looking(?!!?) Overall she is turning heads everywhere she goes – much more swole, thicker, cut, and leaner.

Vascularity increased steadily and she has veins prominent in her upperbody.

Strength: Overall record or near records in most of her lifts. Yesterday she benched 165 for reps and her 1RM is 192. Squats, 1RM = 300. Most noticeable was such fast recovery time and energy to go longer and harder everyday; this was noticed the first week and kept increasing.

Physique Changes: UpperBody – noticed changes in mirror around week 4. LowerBody noticed changes week 5 and 6. Everything got exponentially better in following weeks.

Training notes: Trained heavy usually 6 days a week. Did not do as much cardio – especially in last three weeks. Maybe once or twice a week. Next time, plan to incorporate a little more – and start out leaner on day 1 as well.

Best gains were made during week 6 when she ate more carbs and rested well on vacation. Future job changes will allow her to train with more rest and eat better....and track her macros a little more closely.

Before starting next cycle, we’ll do a planned “deload” week two weeks before to rest tendons/ligaments/joints better. She pretty much entered the cycle already hurting and increased weight and volume only aggravated shoulder and elbow pains. I was becoming concerned about her frequent use of 800mg motrins adding more stress on her liver. So we’ll get bloodwork soon enough to see where we’re at.

Appreciate everyone’s support and advice! Like I said, she's thrilled with how everything turned out and is psyched to do it again.

Really enjoyed following along man. Looking forward to your next round. BD looks absolutely stunning, truly. Lucky man, but you already knew that :).

Your cycle is going to be a blast. Post you pre cycle blood work up when you get it, I'm curious to know where you're starting.

I can't believe her first cycle came to an end! Time goes by so fast when you're having fun.

8 weeks will go by so fast & she'll be ready for her second run.
I gotta thank you guys for keeping such an awesome log.

BD is such a motivation and she looks absolutely stunning. You're a lucky man!

Her 1RMs are incredible. 300 lbs squat is super badass, not to mention 192 bench. Chapeau, Madame!

I look forward to her next log and yours. You both are gonna have so much fun.
What is she planning to run next?

What a great cycle! She did have amazing results. I'm going to miss her/your updates. Rest up, recover and restart! I hope to see you and BD back here when she starts her next cycle! I'll probably still me on my first cycle LOL. :)
