dang only lasts 3 weeks? good to know since I am thinking of adding it at a very low does 2x a week to try to maintain some of my boys haha

There is a time limit on how long you can keep unconstituted HCG at room temps as well... I'm pretty sure it differs brand to brand
 
Ok a little update brothers. I'm currently on test Prop at 50mg/ed and Tren A at 100mg/ed. I will running this till the end.
I am also taking adex .5mg/eod and 250iu twice a week of HCG from now until PCT.
I have definitely noticed some decent strength gains but now that I'm off of the dbol I really miss the pumps [emoji22]. Strength is still coming up but not like it did while on the dbol. I have lost some fat that was stored on my pecks which is kindof good but I don't look as big without the fat there, lol. I have to sleep on two towels at night because I wake up once a night covered in sweat. I mean covered. That is just weird to me. I've never experienced this before on any of my cycles. Of course I know it's the Tren but that's just strange lol. Did I mention I really miss the dbol. Oh yeah I think I said that already.
So I weighed 211lbs on 1/8/15 and this morning I weighed 213lbs. From my original starting weight of 196lbs I've gained 17lbs and with my diet and the first 6 weeks being nothing but test E that was underdosed I am satisfied with that. Especially with how screwed up my diet had been. I don't eat healthy by any means. I eat a little bit of candy, chicken and rice with cream of chicken, steak, protein shakes, cinnamon raisin bagels, apples and cinnamon oatmeal, spicy pork rinds (lots of protein in them and sodium), and I drink a couple pops a week. Also drink a gallon of water a day and go potty several times [emoji4]
I know how I should eat to maximize gains and reduce body fat but I really enjoy eating everything and anything I see. Gotta get the calories right, lol. I've always had a high metabolism but now it is definitely slowing down because I can tell when I've eating to much crap. I do monitor the food I eat to control my fat stores. I like to eat but don't want to get fat so I have to cut it out sometimes.
Well that's about all I've got for an update. Getting ready to work legs right now if my Wife will ever get in here (she's putting kids to bed).

I feel you brother on the dbol. I am so close to breaking my PRs that I carried the dbol for another week. I am on week 5 on it. I will quit Monday. :(

Seriously though my ankles are swollen so bad right now my Wife just literally got on to me about eating to much sodium. You can see my sock indentions really bad.
She is always on my case, but I love her and she helps me with everything so I'll quit eating the darn pork rinds and maybe cut back on the pop more (although I only drink two a week dang it). Freaking water retention crap is always getting me into trouble, lol.

Soda and sugar are my biggest habits. I think they are one of the most addictive things on earth. Lay time I quit refined sugars I went from 249 to 202 lbs. Then I treated myself to a soda a year later. It all went down hill. Good luck on the rest of your cycle
 
Boiler water retention can have many other impacts such as how hard your heart works trying to move all that fluid. Do yourself a favor and cut out the unnecessary sodium your heart will thank you, as well as you blood pressure, kidneys and you will look better without the puffiness. Good luck brother.

Yeah my wife had me check my blood pressure just to make sure it wasn't to high. Its 140/80 which is higher than normal but not to terribly bad.
Also I went ahead and cut out some of the things I was eating like the pork rinds which one bag has 780mg and cup of soup which has 640mg of sodium. Still eating my bagels which have 320mg each and I eat 6 of them for carbs and my gallon of skim milk for protein shakes has some sodium along with my 4 packages of oatmeal. But my chicken and steak are good, lol.
So I did cut some out but I need carbs and my bagels get me that. No time for rice or potatoes now days with my job. I'll see how this goes for a while.

Well I haven't posted in a while so thought I would give a little update. I've gained around 24lbs so far and weights have just kept on climbing. Blood pressure is a little high at 142/88 but I feel awesome. Everyone has been commenting on how big I've gotten. I just tell them its creatine, lol.
I was pinning my left quad last night and had about half of it in and all the sudden I felt like I had to cough (BAD). So I tried to hold the cough and all the sudden I just started sweating my ass off and still had to cough. Hurried and pushed in the rest into my quad pulled out the pin and coughed like I've never coughed before. My Wife came in worried and was ready to take me to the ER because she thought I pinned into a vein or something. I coughed like crazy and sweated even worse and then all the sudden it stopped and I stopped sweating. I was fine. My wife was like "WHAT THE CRAP WAS THAT!!!"
I have never experienced that before. It was a little scary.
