My wife told me yesterday when she was taking my pictures that she wants to see my abs again. I told her that she has to be kidding me. I've been eating 6500 calories to get my weight back up and get big again and now before I even get big she wants me to lose everything I've worked so hard to gain so she can see my abs. Grrr. I wasn't happy about it but whatever she wants I guess, lol. After all she does have that little private spot that usually gets me to do anything she wants. Dang women [emoji1]

Busy busy, new girl new house new truck.
Just set the trailer on a 2 year job.
Another college addition, science wing.
Lots of mechanical work.

Definitely sounds like you got your hands full brother. Well it's good to see you are still able to squeeze in a little Meso time to relax, lol. Good luck with that new girl thing. They can be pretty stressful all by themselves [emoji6]
If you ever get a chance to chat you should pm me sometime. I can give some pretty good advice if you ever start to feel overwhelmed. Simply because I live in a world where overwhelmed is the norm. Lol
Talk to you later brother.

Well I'm ending my PCT and I have managed to stay at 218lbs for now. If you'll recall I reached 220lbs, a total of 25lbs or so on this cycle.
How have I retained so much weight? It's simple really, I have just continued to eat around 6500cal a day. Now one draw back that I have noticed during PCT is how easy it is to gain fat. I may have lost a lot of water weight but I have gain a lot of fat. I always had an extremely fast metabolism when I was younger but evidently it has gone bye bye.
Now you might also remember that my Wife told me a while back that she wants to be able to see my abs. Well I told her that when I can see her abs then I'll work on getting mine, but until then I'm going to gain as much fat and muscle that I can. Of course I am going to be keeping an eye on my blood pressure and stay as healthy as possible while gaining weight. And before my next cycle I will cut most of this fat off.
It's a whole new world for me and getting used to having a slower metabolism is going to be challenging to say the least, but I figured I might as well try and use it to my advantage.
Anyway, it was an awesome cycle and I'm going to be patiently waiting for the next one.
So until then gentlemen.
Oh and by the way just because I'm not posting that often anymore doesn't mean I'm not here every day.
Happy Lifting Guys,
BM
