BPC-157 Danger

BPC-157 is "pentadecapeptide derived from human gastric juice". Thinking along the lines of the days when GH was produced from cadaveric pituitary glands, does this peptide carry any danger of Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease (CJD) or other disease?

Incidentally, I actually had a friend die from CJD not from GH but probably from contaminated sausage. Its basically Mad Cow for humans. Nasty

Pharmaceutical peptides are most typically synthesized using recombinant DNA technology or solid phase peptide synthesis technology, not derived from human body fluids or tissues. I believe BCP-157 specifically is primarily synthesized using the latter.
