Hey Meso,

We're very happy to announce Brewly to Meso today. Some of you may already know us, but we decided to take a little extra time to polish, stress test, and perfect Brewly for the Meso community.

What is Brewly?

It's Amazon for gear, but here's the fancy answer:

Brewly is the response to the voiced difficulty of finding steroids online. With great, genuine sources spread allover the place, it's unsurprising that the average steroid consumer still prefers to buy locally. Brewly allows us to aggregate all the great sources into one marketplace, with an easy to understand structure that gets to the main point for many of the curious buyers: the product.

I have personally been a long time member of this community, and it's frustrating to even begin to explain to anyone how it all works. We saw an opportunity to improve and innovate, so we took it.

Privacy & Encryption

We think Brewly is a great idea, but it's all for nothing if we can't keep you safe. Here's how we do:

Your shipping information and messages are encrypted with AES-256. In the event of a hypothetical leak/hack, a perpetrator would only see random strings of characters. In addition, you can at any time delete your shipping info from an order. This happens automatically when the order is marked as "shipped" by the Vendor(s), but we still give you full control of your data anyway. Furthermore, our site is hosted on offshore, non-compliant servers. PGP is also an option on Brewly - we've made it convenient to copy a vendor's PGP key in the event that you want to encrypt your shipping info via PGP before entering it when you place an order.

This isn't some janky copy-paste Wordpress site. This is a modern, custom site built on modern web technologies. Namely, Laravel and Vue.

Why should I use Brewly?

Think of it as using Amazon, but for gear. It just works. No more back and forth emails, no more waiting for a btc address. Its all there for you.

Whether you buy from one vendor or ten, the process is all the same. You pay once, we handle everything else.

Over time, a marketplace like this will also promote competition between vendors, driving a race towards the best service at the best prices.

How safe is it to buy from Brewly's vendors?

All vendors must undergo an application process. Since sign ups are free - we want to give the best experience to the community, and not have this be a free for all with people potentially getting scammed. Our application process is simple for those who have the correct setup. We require information on how they are setup, pictures, stock, and a few purity results. This ensures we are providing a platform with only real, legit sources who also care about the customer. New sources without existing reputation will have their withdraws limited. Typically it is every 24 hours, but in the case of those without an overwhelmingly positive reputation, we will keep things secure to prevent someone exit scamming after getting some initial orders.

Future of Brewly

Brewly isn't done yet. We're considering ourselves good enough to launch here, but our roadmap is still full of ideas, and open to feedback. For a look into our roadmap, look for "roadmap" in the footer of Brewly.

How do I sign up?

If you're a prospective buyer - just sign up. No need for anything else.

If you're an interested source - sign up and put in your application. The more information and pictures you provide, the better your chances to become a verified source over at Brewly. You can also contact us directly for more information.

We put our heart and soul into building this website, and we're not finished yet. We're heavily invested in creating the ultimate platform for buyers and vendors alike, and as such, we're listening closely to any feedback, concern, or advice from everyone. We want this to be the accumulation of the community, not just a couple of dudes.

So, you are trying to be the source of all the sources? Sounds like a lot of responsibility and could become a dumpster fire quick.
Yes.

No, tbh. We're not selling anything nor do we plan to (maybe..some tank tops..?)
We're just a marketplace for vendors to sign up, have their own storefront, and much, much more accessibility and tools to help both buyers and vendors.

Will you have a spot for vendors to submit testing of their products? Personally I would like to be able to see the test results in the same spot as the offerings
Great question bro. Since you are somewhat spoon-feeding sources, that would help. Is it bragging if you can back it up?... so to speak.

Yes. We're working on a vendor blog where they can post updates, have a section full of bloodwork, and more.
In each review of each offering, people can also post tests if they like. We'll take into consideration perhaps having a tab on products to see testings.

So does payment go through Brewly? I would think that is how you get paid for providing the "Drug-Hub"(better name).
Correct.
Where were you when we were deciding names?

The 3 different options for paying the transaction fee makes no sense at all to me. Who are you leaving that up to exactly? The source and customer just figure it out amongst themselves? How that gets handles on a platform like this is probably the most important decision for you to make but you seem to have left it open ended. Much too passive of a business decision.

There are no options per say, as a setting or anything. The default is, no matter what happens, Brewly will take that fee from the vendor. If a vendor wishes to increase their prices to compensate, that is on them.

Edit: FAQ has been updated to better reflect that.

i'll have to delve a little deeper, but at first glance this seems like the Silk Road of the clear net, minus the guns, narcotics and murder for hire.

That's good, I suppose.

I don't really think you're solving a problem with this business... I don't see any compelling reason why a customer would opt to use a third party like you for any of this. I don't see any offerings that set you apart or anything that would move the needle.

Just not seeing it... But, best of luck.

Besides the convenience of an amazon-like marketplace, we will be rolling out a formal order dispute system, soon. This means you'll be able to recover your funds if there is any issue with your order, and your vendor is unable to handle it to your satisfaction. Stay tuned for further details, but rest assured that it will be fair for all parties involved.

To touch on the convenience bit: Regardless of if you're buying from one vendor or ten, you simply pay once and never have to deal with back and forth emails. You can check order status updates on the site, you can use our secure real-time messenger for vendor support, and you can delete your shipping info at anytime. One place for everything you need, basically.

This is more beneficial to the vendors than the customers. At least as of now.

They are removed from having to answer questions, and we are now trusting that YOU were critical during the application process. That YOU know what “properly brewed” product is.

I don’t see any incentive for customers to test products. What happens if Joe Average submits a sample and it doesn’t match. How do you handle that?

We’ve recently had sources here that have had a bit of a hairy product issue. Say one of your vendors sends out product with floaters, who is making it right or are the customers fucked because all transactions are done to the Brewly curtain that the wizard is hiding behind?

I get the intent and I agree with you that it might eventually have its benefits. I hope it does. But there’s a few things that might need to be worked out. As of now, there’s no testing posted, there’s no reviews, and there’s no direct access to the vendors when issues arise.

It’s also another layer added where we have to trust you also. Our bitcoins go out and what’s keeping you from doing a massive exit scam where you don’t forward orders to your vendors and you keep all the bitcoins yourself?

Consider the situation on Meso, anyone can come here and post for free, and then the community vets them. It's a very similar situation on Brewly, except, we have a minimum barrier of entry. Buyers can leave reviews, much as they can on Meso, and this affects the rankings of our vendors. Buyers can add reviews, attach labs, and mark them as "containing lab reports". Soon we'll be adding a blog section where vendors can post their own testing, make updates, and have a commenting section for buyers. Also, yes there is a direct method of contacting Brewly vendors. Brewly has a built-in encrypted messenger. Visit Vendor storefront, then click "Send a message".

We take consumer power very seriously, that's why reviews have a direct effect on a Vendor's ranking. On top of that, I would be remiss not to mention our planned order dispute system which I describe more below. Don't consider being on Brewly as a badge of honor, that only comes from the community. It is merely a minimum barrier of entry to ensure no scamming on our platform.

With regards to your specific floater scenario. Cases like this will be covered by our, coming soon, formal order dispute system. You'll be able to recover your funds in this case. For now, we can hold withdraw requests from vendors that have a sudden incidence of problems.

Now to the exit scam part: vendors can withdraw funds every 24 hours, meaning the worst we could do is run off with the website's revenue made in a 24 hour period. That being said, Brewly was founded by reputable members of the community. If you can trust DO, you can trust Brewly.

This is very dangerous and stupid in my opinion and I almost have a cybersecurity degree working on programming and gaming degrees next. Been doing this shit for decades. Not only is it dangerous for everyone but an exit scam would royaly fuck everyone on a massive scale, especially the vendors that would have then angry customers wanting replacements they cant afford to fill possibly. There are numerous reasons why the dark web functions the way it does encrypting all traffic and making it difficult for the average joe to even use or find. I cannot begin to describe all the problems or stress enough why NOBODY SHOULD USE THIS UNTIL PROVEN OTHERWISE. I will dive into this more when I am not driving and really hope this is a joke or something new has been created i did not see that would make this safe. Which I highly doubt.

We'd be happy to see your technical deep-dive. To reiterate what was written in the OP, the site is built on Laravel. Your sensitive data is encrypted with AES-256, we also have the option for using PGP with the vendor, your sensitive data can be deleted anytime, and we are hosted on off-shore servers. Vendors can withdraws funds every 24 hours, so we are only capable of exit scamming 1 day of site revenue, this would be a net loss for us by far. Again, Brewly was founded by members of this very community.

While we launched on Meso today, we've actually been up for about a month refining things. We've already processed 5 figure amounts on Brewly across multiple vendors.
