Vendors are selling directly to you, still, and you can directly contact them, still. We've included a encrypted real-time messenger on the site for this purpose. It's like wickr, except built-in. Simply go to a vendor's storefront and click "Send a message". Look to the post above yours for the answer about LE involvement.I do won't trust this website, it seems to me an idea of the police to be able to arrest people and obtain data very effectively (which does not affect me personally since in my country the purchase and possession of steroids are legal).
Many web pages already have an integrated customer service (and often excellent), in the event of a problem, the biggest complaint from users is always that the source communicates poorly or not at all, that you act as intermediaries won't serve to speed up the transaction, in any case it would serve to worsen the transaction process.
Finally ... If your trust model is that users rely on the reviews of other users ... Well, there is a website called Eroids that does the same and is a shit show of scammers.
So, with this "secure real-time messenger", does that put me in touch with a Brewly person or the vendor representative? So there's 24x7 support this way? I can't even begin to imagine how many years this potential dumpster could shave off a customer's life... lolTo touch on the convenience bit: Regardless of if you're buying from one vendor or ten, you simply pay once and never have to deal with back and forth emails. You can check order status updates on the site, you can use our secure real-time messenger for vendor support, and you can delete your shipping info at anytime. One place for everything you need, basically.
You are put in touch directly with the vendor. It's important to understand that you're not buying from Brewly, perse. You're buying from the Vendor, we just happen to provide an easy and safe platform for finding products, ordering them, and communicating with vendors. So, with this "secure real-time messenger", does that put me in touch with a Brewly person or the vendor representative? No but are you calling yourself Brewly? The OP of this thread? You calling me a fed?
well..
I'm a founding member of Brewly. Not the OP though. But I back the legitimacy of Brewly 100% and put my business name on the line with it.No but are you calling yourself Brewly? The OP of this thread?
So, it's real time to Brewly, who passes you off to a vendor. If the vendor has stepped up to 24x7 messenger, then ok, otherwise, I am in que for the person....You are put in touch directly with the vendor. The messenger is just a DM system, not unlike what's on Meso, except it's real-time, so it's more like Wickr.
Sorry, I might be confused here. So, it's real time to Brewly, who passes you off to a vendor. If the vendor has stepped up to 24x7 messenger, then ok, otherwise, I am in que for the person....
Layers and middleman.
Well here's the current way of doing things:I guess the real point that I am trying to make is that I can order thru Wickr now. Brewly is another layer.
I am interested in the logic and theory, however, to not play devil's advocate with this, well I can't resist lol.
May not be LE then but would be a good idea for a setup. Was just one of many negative thoughts I have about this whole thing. Another is that since its offshore and obviously can't just seize the server and aren't likely to use a supercomputer to try and brute force the encryption. That now makes the identity of the people running it of high value and the next thing they would be after. There is now 2 people claiming to be involved on a clearnet website. It may work well for some time but you guys are making a target out of yourselves thats bigger than normal. Say you get 50 sources sourcing. Now you in particular are 50x more valuable to them because once they do get the owner of course they will login and run things for a little bit before eventually shutting it all down gathering even more information to bust the sources.I'm a founding member of Brewly. So how much does it cost the users for this convenience?
It is a good idea in a perfect world. We just all see different things that could go wrong.
What would you do about a source that exit scams or got busted?
Honestly I do wish you luck and hope you stay safe. Do as much as possible to protect your real identity now.
For every $100 dollars Brewly brings a vendor, we take $5. This fee is taken automatically. The site has its own self-hosted bitcoin payment processor. Please see our about, privacy policy, and FAQ page. There's a lot of easy to digest information there that I believe will answer the majority of your questions. So the sources have to pay you?

We really have put a lot of effort into making this a buyer-first platform, would love your feedback on how we can further improve that, genuinely. The whole buying experience has been greatly simplified. No more back and forth emails.Exactly, one vendor gets busted and the heat goes to the entire Brewly site that then gets eyes on it. I see more issues than it’s worth.
The only “benefit” for customers is one bitcoin transaction. Which really isn’t that great of a convenience. If I like one source there, I’m not going to take a chance with another source just because they might have something in stock that my preferred vendor might be out of for a week.
I see more benefits for the vendors than the consumer but maybe that will change when it’s been up and running for a while.
