Brewly - Worldwide Marketplace

I am not trying to discredit you with words or play semantics. I just want to be clear about what a forum is. A forum is a message board. We are not this.

"So you are not vetting any of the sources. It’s a pay to play site? Sounds like a forum"

I'll reiterate again. We have a vendor application process that provides a minimum barrier of entry for users of Brewly:

Vendor application

"Anyone is free to submit a sourcing application on Brewly. We simply ask for current, time-stamped photos of stock, history, and brewing methods as proof of intent to sell real products. This small barrier of entry assumes a minimal safety level for our members, and is mandatory."

Do you post the pics they send? Or do we just take your word for it? It may be on your site but I haven’t been

Message board? Blog? Sources? I feel like your an alcoholic and I’m trying to get you to admit to it. - fuck it I’m over the whole forum thing. I’m now on to trying to figure out what your member name before this one is.

Because I believe no meso member will take your word my word or anybody’s word about a shop looks good and sterile if we don’t see the pics

Brewly is not its sources. Meso is not its sources. We simply provide a minimum barrier of entry, not a stamp of approval or badge of honor.

We are 100% about member vetting. That's why customers can directly affect vendor rank. Plus, we'll be adding a vendor blog section where people can directly communicate with one another to vet sources. Not unlike what happens here. And again, that's why we're here. Vet us, Vet the sources. Hell yeah!

Besides that B Ware, I'm gonna need to see evidence of that from you and more community members before I outright ban the guy.
I don't know him and am not him. Maybe you should do your homework before you let any lab in?

Sorry, no mention of this exists anywhere. You're gonna have to provide evidence, or simply, don't buy from him.

Say a known scammer or busted source came to post on Meso, do mods remove him? You guys just run them into the ground, but in the process, bump their thread and give them tons of visibility. What if your vetting could negatively impact someone's ranking and visibility? Meet Brewly. *Sales pitch intensifies*

Adding a blog....... god damn just say fucking forum so I can shut the fuck yo about it..

Want us to vet them..... send em over here.
I could have sworn he originally said how tuff their vetting or application process was. I have already heard atleast two or three statements contradicting previous ones.

@Brewly bottom line all bullshit aside. If you want us to vet them, send each one over here to start their own thread and go through the process.

I would also say each source should have a link to ALL online threads they have somewhere on their store so people can easily find it and distinguish between them.

This kind of talk is not helping you at all. If anything it is hurting your sales pitch.

No problem, I'll repeat it again.

Being on Brewly is not a stamp of approval or badge of honor. It is a guaranteed minimum level of safety. How?:

"Anyone is free to submit a sourcing application on Brewly. We simply ask for current, time-stamped photos of stock, history, and brewing methods as proof of intent to sell real products. This small barrier of entry assumes a minimal safety level for our members, and is mandatory."

Ultimately a vendor's rank, visibility, and therefore sales performance is affected by customers. How?:

1. Amount of orders
2. Average vendor/product rating
3. Amount of disputed orders

These factors come together to algorithmically set a fair ranking for everyone selling on the platform.

You dodged all the questions

Do you post the pics of lab? Or are users of your site supposed to believe you and your process?
Not at all man. It's not unlike Meso, except we also have a minimum barrier. Vendors are welcome to upload labs as product pictures at the moment (See: WFO). Soon we'll add a dedicated place for it, so it's easier to find.

Don't like a vendor? Don't buy. Same as anywhere else.

I really like your idea though. When we create a "Labs" section on vendor storefronts, we could perhaps pull their application pictures and place them there. Though, people tend to post more than just labs so I don't want to confuse people. In the meanwhile, feel free to ask, I can reach out on your behalf for specific people's stock/labs/etc.

Sorry for not answering the questions sooner, was answering others. Was hoping you'd visit the site and see for yourself rather than take my word for it.

So it’s not Manwhore? Or TheBrewKit....as you said in Post #72?
Yeah my man (no I am not manwhore), I posted a meme. It was for a reason.

But lol to clear the confusion. Brewly is not my name. It's the name of the business/marketplace/website.

Perhaps I didn’t get the meme then...I’m not a big Star Wars fan so it most likely went over my head.

I knew Brewly was the market place name...so what was your nick prior to this, I don’t think I’ve seen it posted yet besides that one post

No worries. Wasn't sure if you were aware of what the thread was about. Assumed you thought I was just a guy named Brewly who sold gear or something.

No, I’ve read every post in the thread, went to Brewly, looked up vendors...cross checked prices. I’m pretty good about due diligence prior to posting.

Mighty-mouses post asking about a prior nick just got me thinking. We know DO is backing this project but it’s been said there were multiple Meso members so I’m just wondering what your prior username was...would be kind of nice to get the background info.
