No unsterilized , ive got an Autoclave . I had to get it to sterilize my bottle top dispensers. But if you brew alot of gear you might as well buy an autoclave anyways because the mark up on sterilized vials adds up quick , itll save you money in the long run .

Edit : or just sterilize with a sterile bath and dry heat , but either way pre sterilized vials are a rip off . They tax the shit out of you for them , i may just be a bit frugal but i wouldnt spend tbe money on them..

I agree with the pre sterilized vials being a rip off. $0.40 jumps to $2 each.

I already invested in a clave the first day LOL, I went with a dry clave. Takes longer but breaks down less (pressure, mildew, rust) and I got a really good deal on ebay.

Would I be able to clean the bottle top dispensers in there?

I was using sterile syringes to fill up my sterilized vials, and was looking into bottle top dispensers. Where did you get yours?

I'm just trying to create the most sanitary environment for myself.

Yeah most dispensers are made with autoclaveable plastic , but just check the specs on it before you ruin an expensive dispenser.

I bought mine through a private seller , just got lucky and got a good deal so i grabbed em , but you can get them through multiple medical supply companies. Just be prepared to pay a pretty penny for em .

Yeah I am a pretty frugal ebay/craigslist kinda guy.

I got my clave for $52 + 50 shipping. $102 in total is not bad at all, model I got new is like $1,100 and normally goes around $400-800.

I'll get one more autoclave -- a steam clave, the dispenser, and then after that my next investment is an electric pump.

Might build a fume hood eventually but we'll see

Yeah, I saw a few youtube video's and they're not that long and seems to cost only like $200-400.

But I have a house with my fiancee and she's fine with me using, even fine with me brewing, but if I build something like that and put it in the kitchen or the garage...I don't think that will fly.

I was thinking of converting my shed into a lab. 50 amp hookup like an RV should be enough to power everything.

Get my Walter White on.

Damn shit load of gear for personal only - lol. Looks like your stocked up for the next couple of years or so!!
Never said it was all for me , I just meant I dont shit where I sleep basically , so dont waste your time . Now hypothetically if I had a select few friends and clients that I coach ask they probably would be more well recieved than a stranger on the internet....
Hypothetically of coarse :)

So after shattering the first filter media bottle (and losing some oil :() I ordered a glass media bottle and refiltered everything.

Here it is, 10ml vials of Test C @ 250ml/mg

Last two vials are different that's why they look more full

Your first brew?

Yes sir! Very pleased.
I'd love to use a bottle top filter and cap my own vials but I'm too paranoid about things being exposed to the air for any amount of time since I don't have a room with proper air quality control. So I stick to syringe filter and sealed vials

I hear you man, I think that's why a fume hood is going to be a good DIY project for me. Give me a little more peace of mind, granted it's from sterile media bottle, into sterile syringe, into sterile vial, stopper, cap, crimp....but those milliseconds it is exposed for erks me lol

Hahaha I just finished one of my royal test e vials was thinking of transitioning over to this to see if I feel any different.
