I was doing back like 5 days ago and as soon as I started I felt a pain in my rear delt that lasted through the entire workout. It hurt the next day too but it was no big deal and I was able to do chest with out really even feeling it. It hurt again for the next 2 days but I still was able to train arms. I noticed that I have a large bruise going from my rear delt to my tricep and sometimes it hurts w/ out even doing anything. Today it's not that bad and I can move my arm in a full range of motion but it's still back and blue.
Should I wait until the bruise goes away to train again or do you think I could still training if it doesn't hurt?
