i called into a mates house yesterday and he has a home gym setup exactly the same as mine (6m x 9m shed) full of commercial gym gear. now even tho I'm doing mass project program atm, my mate was keen to show me his leg workout so tried it and i tell u what it was brutal (awesome tho)
here it goes...
after a good stretch and warm up
leg extensions
50kg for 20 reps (last 10 reps 3 second hold at top)
repeat 3 times
squats
60kg for 20 reps
60kg for 20 reps
the next set is a drop set no rest
90kg for 20 reps
80kg for 15 reps
70kg for 15 reps
60kg for 15 reps
just the bar for 20 reps (feels weird but trust me its a struggle lol)
u can rest between reps but never rack the bar.. by the end u are breaking down the reps in 5's hahaha
leg press one leg at a time
90kg for 20 reps
100kg for 20 reps
110kg for 20 reps
lunges
20kg dumbbells x 20 steps
25kg DB x 20 steps
30kg DB x 20 steps
stiff legged deadlifts
40kg for 20 reps
50kg for 20 reps
60kg for 20reps
and thats it...
now for some it may look or be to light but i can tell you for me it was tough but achievable lol had to dig deep.. i was spitting all over my mates shed wall whilst squatting ahahahah
anyways guys thought i would share it as today I'm struggling to sit on the shitter
