God damn brutus. You should be the one taking a bow brother. Fuckin looking awesome an massive as ever. Looks like to me you've been getting bigger while cruising, is that even possible? Thats a serious question btw lol. Your shoulders, traps, an arms are all there an in great proportion. Keep kiling it brut. You are all that is monster an one hell of an inspiration for the rest of us. My hats off to you big guy. You deserve it;)
 
Hey brutus I did the low weight very high reps on front, side, and rear delt raises for shoulders today like you were talking about. Definately worked my delts as well as the heavier weight with low weights does with no joint pain. But you were saying 15 lbs for 4 sets of 100. If you can do that for front and side raises I'll give you a paycheck. Holy crap. Smoke was coming off my delts and I was using 5's. I know you're way stronger than me but wowwee.

Shit. Now I have to do it lol. I'm gonna do it tomorrow night. I hate training delts! Hate it! Haven't done it in months.

I did just that for lateral and front db raises using a 15lb db yesterday. The burrrrnnn was mindblowing intense!

For deads I did 135lbs for 25 reps...wow

For me it's not about how much I can lift but rather how many times I can lift it with proper form. Ill never be a PL. Its just not in my jeans:( I've always struggled putting on size with heavy weight. I started studying the whole high rep low weight vs high weight low rep. I'm going to stick with high reps an blowing them muscles up constantly. Plus I love the pump you get from multiple reps until failure:) Don't get me wrong though, I still do have my heavy days but always end them with dropsets till failure after I've got my heavy sets done an out of the way.

I made sure I kept proper form all the way through. A 15lb db isn't real heavy but heavy enough to produce a good burn doing enough reps.
