Nice to hit reps at 365 and after a 385 that wasn't the cleanest battle in the world. Feeling strong. I seriously love npp/eq/test combo. Fuck a tren. Until I decide to run it to look sexy of course.
 
I dropped skullcrushers a year ago. They were constantly giving me elbow pain every damn time I would do them. Only time I've had elbow pain since was doing really heavy CG bench, and I was grabbing the bar way to close. I'd drop them if they're giving you problems.

I pretty much completely avoid them- Johnny talks me into it occasionally. Now I'm done for sure. I do mostly cable and hammerstrength Tricep work along with heavy close grip bench, bw and weighted dips for triceps on my non bench day

Can you do two handed overhead db extensions? I think that's were my elbow pain comes from but I don't want to drop them. I never do/did skull crushers so I don't know if the movement would cause the same pain.
 
Good session 365x3 is nice. Getting close to time to start pausing everything. I told you six months ago Fuck Skull Crushers.

Try some tate presses. You will feel them in the triceps, especially after all of the bench and other tricep work.

If you look cool enough doing the tate's we may even be able to convince JB to switch over and save his elbows as well.

That's cause he has a lot shorter arms then you. I'm convinced us tall guys can not do skull crushers. Everyone I know that's ever complained about skullcrushers hurting has been over 6'.

@Rocco the Dog I can do over the head extensions no problem. You could try skullcrushers if you think the OHE is causing you pain. I'd rather see you do JM presses or just regular close grip bench

I'm also 6'1 or '2 with long arms and skull crushers kill my elbows.
