Bullet train (with pics!!!!) Journey to Olympia

This year was a transformation that involved going from 135 lbs in January to 180lbs.

180-185 pounds is nothing that can't be attained or maintained completely naturally unless the subject is 5 feet 0 inches tall.

You are 5'9"... you wouldn't need a drop of exogenous T to get to that weight or to stay there.

I know that, but to PCT after a ridiculous cycle would cause problems is what I'm saying

Eh

Eh I don't think I have gyno, I think it was the lighting and the way I had flexed. Which was an awkward pose to begin with, but If were talking even a 10 month transformation to deny insane progress is incorrect from my personal opinion.

Yea you've got gyno. You can try the reloxifene and see what it's use will do for you but normally once you've gott'em, their yours forever until surgery.

If you really want to live this lifestyle long-term, you need to learn to be proactive instead of reactive. Research and plan out your cycles and in these plans, attempt to avoid all pitfalls that you learn might happen. Be prepared for all possible problems before they happen. As I see it, so far you've just been throwing as much at your body that you can find available and then trying to take care of the problems after they begin to happen.

Be smart. Experiment with new compounds at low doses before you jump in with huge doses. That way side effects will be smaller and hopefully manageble. Once you know you can handle a compound, then begin planning to increase the doses until you reach your desired maximum dose.

Your young. Take your time and enjoy your cycling. Usually the anticipation while planning out the cycle is half the fun. Run your marathon intelligently instead of sprinting into disaster.

I took 40MG of nolvadex tonight, and plan to take 20MG Ed for the next 4 weeks...

I also took 2.5 MG of arimidex tonight to get into some sort of lower esto, than just continue with adex as usual, and plan to stick with trt dose as usual...

But I'm hoping this protocol will ultimately kill gyno as it is early, (i think it developed over the last 3-5 weeks tops)

Do any of you know how late is too late to stop gyno??!

Stop the trt. Run a power pct. Loose the idea that you gained 50# of muscle. The 10# of muscle you gained doesn't have to fade away, get into intensity workouts and that strength won't go anywhere. Shed the baby fat you carry and you'll have a better idea as to what is or isn't gyno. Ralox or nolva to treat.

That's the only advice you'll get from me dude. Your inability to listen and make the correct choices makes it hard to want to help.

Remember that horse to water statement....

Mentally unstable for sure as someone mentioned before

He is still here, too. He is under two other member names right now. He thinks he is slick but he has no clue how to shelter himself from someone that wants to find him. He will leave when he finds himself a nice husband to take up his spare time :)

Welcome back Bullet Train aka @Bleeding heart...we all were wondering how far you came along since you left, and will you pick up where you left off?

Why not post some updates on your journey to the stage?

Ive cruised on trt doses over the last 6 months since the log. No phyisque improvements to shock anyone have been made. I have brought up my legs and my chest looks proper now and I've worked some on proportions, but nothing to write home about.
Also I am half way through a cut right now and planning a bulk in about month or two. It will be moderate doses. And again it will be the first cycle I've done in over 6 months at that point.

I'll probably start a new log eventually. Maybe even in April. But again, I've reevaluated my goals since than both in bodybuilding and in life, and I've matured more into an adult. Its why all the more suprised I was @DrinkFlintWater could pick this out.

Let me just say that since that previous handle I've had plenty of time to mature and grow into adult life, and straighten up my character. I'm not at all the guy whom was once bullet train anymore.

You might even be able to tell this easily by the direction of my posts. They're all commentary on IFBB bodybuilding, or giving harm reduction advice. Ive advocated low doses. Ive changed my philosophy so much as a bodybuilder and bodybuilding enthusiast, and as an adult.

The freaky part is I was just picked out, seemingly out of a crowd and I'll I was really doing was talking about IFBB stuff. It's really scary to me and for that reason I think I'm gonna terminate this account now as well.

It's definitely time to log out of meso forums once and for all.
