Brutha, why are your test numbers all over the place? No disrespect at all, but this has amateur written all over it. Are you just “taking bro advice” at your gym? What’s the dealy-o brutha. Your test is only good as your caloric intake. I hope this is nothing set in stone. I strongly suggest you pump the brakes and consider something 500-600 Test as a base. Again, no disrespect at all brutha. It’s just a waste of test, more important your health. I’m in tho. Oh ya, if your competing in classic, keep in mind you can’t do most muscular in classic. Only B.B.

Then prep pre NPC non pro qualifier mens physique contest april-july
On 150 test, 700 tren, 700 mast.

My posing is extremely amatuer i have several months to work on them.

Been reading for a few months now and figured i might as well become a member!

Stats:

Age: 22
Training experience: 9 years (working with a personal trainer for first 5 years)
Hieght: 5'9
Weight: 190.0 lb
Body fat: 9.6%

Cycle history:
Cycle 1) TEST E 500MG per week 1-10


Cruise
Test E 200MG per week for 10 weeks

Cycle 2) Test E 200MG 1-10
Tren E 400MG 1-10
Cruise
Test E 200MG for 8 weeks

Cycle 3)* starting this week
Test ace 175MG 1-10
Tren ace 800MG 1-10

Goals:
I would like to attain an elite level physique, and potentially compete in IFBB.
I want to learn as much as possible about AAS, peptides, training, competing, and dieting. Overall everything i can learn to be a better body builder, and person.
Lets not forget this all-star handle^^ also. There was another one too but i think MB demolished those whacked out posts.

I’m still relatively new to BBing... but I think you still have a lot of bulking to do before you even consider a cut. Everyone starts from somewhere. If I were you I’d drop the test to 500/wk, MAYBE keep the Tren going at 300/wk and you’ll see PLENTY of gains. At your size that is more than enough gear and it will be less of a strain on health. BBing is for the long term, so regardless of how you currently feel and your bloodwork, you need to reconsider your blast plan. At the dosages I mentioned you’ll do great w/great training and on point diet. Steroids are only 10% of it. I achieved your physique when I was still natty
Edit:I’m not knocking you. I think you need to realize the importance of training and diet over taking massive amounts of gear. With patience and hard work you can achieve your goals with less than half that amount of gear. Track your calories and macros, eat whole foods, focus on heavy compound lifts. These will make you grow with less gear

Maybe not but you still need more size. Dude keep an open mind and take some advice. Have patience and through hard work and discipline you will achieve your goals

The ment cycle in between should help me get that size I know I need as well to be competitive in the first show. Which isn't a pro qualifier.

Again. I'm about quality mass. I wanna build an aesthetic physique...

If I can be shredded 4-5% BF at 183-185 I'll be GOOD

Stop throwing in all these crazy high dose compounds! You don’t need it and you will regret it!! Why cut to 5% when you’re going to have to bulk after? You’re not competing yet and 5% is unhealthy and should be reserved strictly for competing. Bulk bulk bulk now you still have a lot of growing to do, then cut to your 5% before your first competition. You are working against yourself in literally everything you are doing

I want to stay within contest body fat range. So I'm cutting now. Frank zane never went 10 lbs over his contest weight...

My health is checking out... Im just gonna run the gear.

Some guys just don't want to listen. Especially the young guys. To them the more you take the better. Past a certain point , you need more to keep getting better. This guy is far behind that point.
