Honestly, you should just do the 8 mandatory poses.

Am excited to start this log tommorow, (today essentially since it is 1AM) looking forward to taking the pics. You'll see pretty well what took place over the last 9 months to my phyisque as I will have the pics up from the 135lb physical as well.

I've been on both Tren and test for 24 weeks and test simply for the last 7. Just got up to 1.5 G of test active blood levels recently... And for 10 weeks during my Tren run a little while back I went up to a gram or ace per week.
 
Why are you running these compounds so high? I’m 5’11 198lbs around 12% BF and the highest test dose I’ve run is 500/wk. I’ve also ran Dbol&Mast but my TOTAL dosages never exceeded 800/wk and I didn’t even need to go that high. Shit I’m responding very well on my cruise of 15Test prop&15mast/day totaling 210/wk. I’ve never actually ran Tren and you’re doing 700 in a week PLUS a G of test? You don’t need that much

You ran 6 months of high Test, high Tren, then dropped the Tren to continue with high Test?

So how long do you plan to keep running haphazard before you take a well needed break?

I'm running them high, you're right. I don't need that much/ ever needed that much. Still don't need 1.5G of test to cut...

Just wanna see how it all goes.
 
Health is a long term issue.

I'm going to use the old rich piana here. He used gh for ten years straight according to him. He noticed feet growing, hands growing, head growing and well.... it wasn't until the 10th year he noticed his gut was growing a little and realized his organs had grown as well which resulted in an enlarged heart...

My point being is, you might not see your health being bad in the present but ....

That 142/72 is is causing microscopic tears in your arteries which have to be repaired soon, if you keep this up you will see build up in your arteries as the repairs continue to happen.

142 for prolonged Time is a health hazard that leads to long term health issues.

Your test is only good as your caloric intake. I hope this is nothing set in stone. I strongly suggest you pump the brakes and consider something 500-600 Test as a base. Again, no disrespect at all brutha. It’s just a waste of test, more important your health. I’m in tho. Oh ya, if your competing in classic, keep in mind you can’t do most muscular in classic. I've never had the sleep insomnia with tren. But I have felt as if recent since I started this cycle I'm on with a 1050MG per week, extra sleepy like 8 hrs at night and need a nap.
