Your right. I didn't snitch because if I did right below where Millard Baker posted my pre-sentence investigation he would have posted the part that said I took a 5k1, but I didn't so therefore he couldn't post it.
As far as me being on this or other forums. I'm not trying to help people sell any steroids. I'll be the first one to tell you it's a bad idea. However if someone has a question about something I will answer it that doesn't mean I condone it....

So obviously you were able to open the PDF that no one else could that had my pre-sentence investigation and my plea bargain. So let me ask you this. Did you see anywhere on there that it said I snitched????

Actually useful fourms are a place for me. Maybe not this one, but in general they definitely are because what they're for. At least what they used to be for is people looking to learn, and other people looking to share information and help people learn. Just because I'm a nice guy and don't mind answering questions for someone that doesn't mean I would be tempted to get back into it. On my way. Me, and my wife have good jobs, with a nice house, and cars. If you checked into my background and see what I did for 5 Years you would know that instead

The documents that I have posted included the plea agreement and the sentencing memorandum. These do not indicate that you've agreed to 5k1.
Your pre-sentencing investigation report is sealed and not in the public domain. This document would definitively answer the question of your level of cooperation.
But like I said, it is not in the public domain. Do you have a copy?
The plea agreement has it on line 21, section J. Clear as day.

You could send the copy to Millard privately and he is not the sort to actively post personal info in the open. Be assured he won't be posting that document in the open as it's sealed as mentioned.
Not that I blame you. The PSIR has a shitload of personal information that most people would not want to be public. That is why it is usually sealed.
However, the only way to definitively prove that you did not "snitch" is to post the entire report. Maybe a slightly redacted version would be acceptable.
But it may very well be better to let everyone assume you are a "snitch" than to share the extremely personal information obtained within a PSIR. This is your choice.
This is comical. You’re whole life has been posted. Not only that but you’re on probation and have admitted who you are. When you get on probation they tell you to stay out of bars, clubs, etc. Pretty sure that would also includes steroid forums. You really aren’t too bright. Why keep this going? You’re done. We all know who you are and what you look like. I mean if you are that addicted to the underground then create a new alias at least and start over.
