Not that I blame you. The PSIR has a shitload of personal information that most people would not want to be public. That is why it is usually sealed.

However, the only way to definitively prove that you did not "snitch" is to post the entire report. Maybe a slightly redacted version would be acceptable.

But it may very well be better to let everyone assume you are a "snitch" than to share the extremely personal information obtained within a PSIR. This is your choice.

This statement...,among others that you've posted over the last week, are completely untrue. The lies are what tell me you have things to hide. The PSR WILL NOT SPEAK OF A 5K1 or whether or not you cooperated. Are the lies just easier for you than the truth?
The PSR is a report generated by a US Probation Officer assigned to your case that is sent to your sentencing judge. What it does is explain how the Offense Level was calculated as well as how your Criminal Category was determined.
Once those 2 things are figured the Sentencing Guidelines are clearly stated.
US Probation will then recommend a sentence for you based on those guidelines. That will either be the low, middle, or high end of the Guidelines....but make no mistake. The recommended sentence will be within the Guidelines.
Downward departures from a 5k1 or Rule 35 WILL NOT be part of the PSR. They are completely separate documents that are not made public and are not effected by the Freedom Of Information Act.
I'd be very interested to see what your criminal category is. Your criminal career started as a juvenile. You were sentenced as a juvenile. That was the beginning of your history.
Every guy who has cooperated and who has tried to get by shows bits and pieces of his PSR. You showed pages 5 and 6 of 18 pages.
One thing I didn't recognize and that I'm researching is #22 on page 6? #28 is a downward departure of 2 levels for Acceptance of Responsibility. I recognize that.
#22 that gave you 2 more levels of downward departures? That's huge. You certainly have more than 1 point when it comes to calculating your criminal category, correct? You qualified somehow and I'll find out how someone can qualify for that departure from the guidelines.

**We expose guys when the sentence the receive FALL OUTSIDE OF THE GUIDELINES THAT ARE IN THE PSR.
They fall outside of the guidelines when cooperation/ratting has taken place. We don't need to see the ever elusive 5k1 to know its there when the sentence received by the individual is below what the guidelines call for. *** Especially when a guy who has an extensive criminal history gets love in the form of a sentence that are less than what the guidelines call for.
A blessing you received that we haven't discussed is your being released on pre trial...if you were in fact released after being indicted.
The next stroke of good luck was when 2 of the 3 charges were dropped. 2 felonies that you admitted to and that the feds had you dead to rights on.
Then the easily proven Forfeiture Allegation. The feds use it as leverage to get cooperation. I know...I know...you earned a lucrative income as a barber to the rich and famous. I understand....I do.

I think #22 on page 6 that cakedup posted himself may allude to that. I don't recall what that is and i don't have it on my PSR. It takes away...or gives a downward departure of 2 levels. Acceptance of responsibility gives a downward departure of 2 levels also. I'm looking into it and will have an answer soon.
My wife was given "Minor Role" in our conspiracy which was a 2 level downward departure. I, conversely, was given an enhancement or upward departure of 2 for being the leader.
There are so many cooperating defendants in the feds. Its the way the system was set up. It rewards informants. The feds/le don't ever have to start an investigation from scratch again. Guys keep dumping new cases in their laps every day. Making the feds lazy. Citizens are doing all the work for them.
I was at Terminal Island where I did a 7 month violation.
When I got there my rep told me that there were more sex offenders/chomos and rats then there were regular guys. He said I could do as I wanted as far as violence went but that the majority of guys who were doing their time there decide to work things out and deal with those types.
He also pointed out the signs posted every 50 feet or so that warned of a 5 year sentence that would be added on top of ones sentence for assaulting a cooperating defendant or witness.
The rats and chomos ate at their own tables but they ate in the chow hall with us.
The one things we had as white people with good paper was a seat in the TV room in the dorms. We share a TV room with the Southern Mexicans(Surenos) and their people have to be checked out before they were allowed a seat in the TV room.
The rats/sexoffenders even had their own rep who would discuss issues when their were no bunks left in their section but one of them just arrived. Things had to work out. And they did for the most part.
The rep for those people had a sex crime that involved a German Shepard and a minor under the age of 12yrs. True story.
Once in a while a guy will try and slip through. Dude said he was there for counterfeiting. Well, he had a medical appt off site the next day. The CO's get a report the day before so they know who they are taking into the street and what he's there for.
They knew the guy was bluffing through day to day. They left the guys print out on top of the garbage face up. We got it. His bunkie who he had been lying to took the opportunity to smash him out.
He was there for a computer sex crime/kiddie porn. Hadn't gone hands on. "Screen Licker" is viewed as the same.
That wasn't the first time that I had seen or been part of staff communicating to inmates about inmates with issues.

Two very obvious points,

1) he isnt going to be honest, it's not in his character, regardless of why. Continuing to expect him to be completely truthful is contrary to his nature and therefore a waste of your time.

2) I have read all the docs that are available, not because he sent them, because I pulled them myself. I'll be kind and answer the legal question you already know the answer too; yes he has cooperated in some manner, to what extent fully, well that is not able to be viewed with my limited capacity.

The best and safest action for all, is to avoid any and all contact with the man. That being here on the boards, or anywhere else.

Biggerben69 has briefed you all well, nothing more really needs said. Regardless of what the sealed docs say, he is bad news and a security risk for anyone in contact with him.
