I am looking for a new routine, as I'm going to be starting a cycle in the coming weeks. I don't want to undersell myself by doing 1 workout a week when I have the enhanced recovery of aas

What routine did you move onto which you experienced better gains?
Yes, followed it to a T. I posted my next workout in a thread. I like a mix of heavy and light with some volume. I've been lifting for 20+yrs.

Back in the 1980's the theme of the day was working a muscle 2x a day, morning and evening, every 3 days. Worked well for someone in their late teens and early 20's. Wouldn't even consider it now. I'm in my mid 50's. When I hit my 30's once a day every 3 days was the good formula. 40's once every 5 days. Now, once a week seems to keep the progress going.
 
Iv mixed things up the last few months. Push, pull, legs all strength training to 3 or 4 reps, one day off then same split for 8-12 hypertrophy. Been having nice steady growth.
