Hey guys,
I should post this in the "legal" forums, but I am just looking for Canadian input right now.
I have recently bought from a UGL over seas and they unfortunately sent me the wrong package, which they knew about even before I received the package and sent me a new one. No big deal, right?
The package that has been corrected has cleared customs and is on its way based on the tracking number sent, but the package that was a "mistake" has been, and I quote from the tracking website, "presented to Canada Border Services Agency for customs review".
Any other Canadians ever gone through with a seizure, and what should I do in this instance? Other than the obvious "deny deny deny", and don't sign anything?
