So this morning I wake up to an e mail saying they were locked out of the e mail.

What's the real deal here does anyone know? Here is a copy of the email they sent me. What's really going on guys ? If mission is shut down, some help finding another would be awesome.

"Hi. Sorry, unfortunately we were locked out of our Runbox account for nearly a week. Hence why your payment was not accepted. We’ve resolved the issue with Runbox.

If you’d like to proceed with the order, let me know."

I have never known Mission to start any email by saying "Hi" also in the first paragraph the author makes reference to plural "we, We've" then in the last paragraph makes reference to themself as "me", and why say they resolved their email issue in an email they are sending.

Anyway, not sure if you are really talking to the rep.
