I've increased my calories slightly I typically aim for at least 3000 a day relatively clean. I just feel like when I start getting over 3000 I start making some unwanted fat gains.

As promised, I got bloods done and I've attached them to this post. To my surprise the results came back uncapped.
Total Testosterone: 78.8 NMOL/L
Range: 6.0-27.0
Free Testosterone: 2662 PMOL/L
Range: 196-636
Estrogen: 254 PMOL/L
Range: 44-162
I'll be increasing my Aromasin dose to 12.5 mg ED from EOD as my estrogen is a little high. I'll be getting a new set of bloods done week 8.
What do you guys think?

This has been my issue too... For me, its just that I cant eat a lot of food or big meals in one sitting, I tend to get full fast.. and lifestyle doesn't help either, work+commute consumes like 11-12 hrs/day for me.. so getting in all those calories becomes a challenge..The most anabolic substance you can put into your body is real food, and you are not. Reading your posts I am assuming this is your first cycle . the increase in hormones is only a small part of the total package. You need to eat , and work out harder than before, to keep up to your hormone levels.
I normaly increase it gradualy adding more meals. More you go on your cycle more apetite will increase each week.Assuming you're about to bulk, do you guys typically up your calories around the first day of cycle or only around the 3 week mark/whenever it starts kicking in?
