I avoid kraft because its added sugar and if I want to add sugar I put some jam on it or if its in my protein shake its sweet enough. But I'm becoming a stickler for sugar.

That's the way to go! I had a hard time switching from kraft to natural ground but couldn't imagine ever going back.

My coach had me start it right away

I also started taking my AI from day one of my cycle. Start off at a low dose then get bloods done halfway in to see where your estrogen is at. If it's too high increase dose if it's too low decrease your dose. Simple. I personally don't think it's wise to wait for symptoms to occur when they can be prevented from the start.

If you're on test E/C you can probably wait a week, but yeah basically start it right away.

I havent started the cycle just yet as I have only just recieved the gear and want to have everything on hand before i start - have aromasin already as well - 6'3 , 250lbs and this is my 6 th cycle altho first using npp - thoughts ??

I'm running test e tren e and npp right now. All I use is prami .25 eod. It has always worked well for me. I take adex .5 eod as well.
