As it is I have to like really press to get oil thru a 22g... just imagine getting it thru a 28g insulin needle!!
I just picked up a box of 1" 30ga that I started using for hGh. First one was creepy as the needle had a lot of deflection in it before it broke the surface. Anyway my understanding is with the insulin needles the surface area of the plunger play into the amount of force required to do an injection, as someone who's hobby is working on motorbikes it seems logical as a smaller piston is easier to turn over than a larger one, also warming up the oil is suppose to help.
This September I intend on trying the 30ga with a 1cc barrel for oil to see how well they work. If they work satisfactory the idea is to just disconnect the barrel while leaving the needle in my quad then refilling with a 23ga, and reattaching the barrel back onto the 30ga to continue.
