Do you guys know what a normal free testosterone level is for a 38 year old? Got my pre cycle blood work and my free test is 272 pmol/l

My level precycle was - 296 pmol/L.

I'm 27 if that helps putting things in perspective.

Well I'm not that far off I guess. I'm within range according to the ranges on my test results but it's closer to the low end. The high end was around 630.
 
I use protein powder. That's it. Just to get a few extra cals and protein. I know guys who are at the supplement store twice a week buying up all the bullshit that they are trying to peddle. Money better spent on gear.

BCAAs are shown not to be as effective as just taking whey. Lied to by the supplement companies..... Surprise surprise.

Interesting read, thanks for posting. A shame they limited the age group so narrowly for their testing though.

BCAA's and L-Arginine is all I use, the latter in rather high dosages, but both pre-workout. I have found with the BCAA's if I haven't taken them for a while I get a bit hyper after ingestion for a few hours, for the first couple of weeks, then the hyperness tapers off. I should mention I don't used the BCAA's with additional stimulates or sugars.
 
Has anyone used HCG for weight loss? A friend told me he just dropped 30 pounds in a month, and I'm wondering if that's the diet, the HCG, or both, and if both how much of each contributed to the weight loss?

But you can do a lot with a high quality blender
I have a vitamix it wasn't cheap but I make fresh hot soups with it
All kinds of protein shakes with real food, whole meals etc. With a good blender you can rapidly make a nutritious meal
 
It's better to take certain amino acids alone , glutamine alone before bed , not sure about bcaa''s but I think it has to be a certain ratio and best taking alone while working out , however who knows.

I like to use eggwhite preworkout or post workoit shake. I put 3 scoop 5% real food with ice cube. And eat a banana with it. If u do am shake u can always throw couple eggs for fat. It tastes good sweet potato pie. I always have a tub
