Canadians talk domestic

Just an example of how lax's Canadian law is. A friend had returned from Thailand with around $3000 of gear.(good amount of gear) Airport customs called Rcmp. He was interviewed for hours and in the end let go. No charges (gear seized) were laid because he said it was for personal use. But his name has been red flagged for future flights coming home.

Proves my point right there. As long as you aren't reselling you are fine

I never disagreed that having them on you is fine. I completely agree with that. Heck my buddy who flies domestic for work has vialw in his checked baggage all the time.

All I was saying is a package delivered to your house could easily be warped by the LE to be seen as intent to obtain. Which is not legal.

If people are ordering within Canada I wouldn't be stressed about receiving to your actual home address. International could be sketchy but considering Cdn law I would not be concerned myself.

I've been to prison a few times. I've spent about 6 years of my life in prison in Canada.

During my last arrest the cops came to my house, picked up my vials, looked at them and put them back down.

They didn't seize my stuff or charge me with any steroid offences what so ever.

I always get stuff delivered to my house. I don't care about jail or getting arrested as I'm not afraid to do time.

I agree with others here though that a lot of rats are out there. Most people are afraid to do a little bit of time. That's why when I do crime, I do it alone, that way I know who's going to fucking rat on me.

Shit, this guy is hard as nails.
I'm not gonna be the one to disagree with him haha.

This has been a great convo though, the technicalities of the legal system is something everyone should be aware of when it comes to this stuff.

Brb moving to Canada

I wouldn't say that's entirely true.
On the offences website it states:

In Canada, anabolic steroids and their derivatives are part of the Controlled drugs and substances act and are Schedule IV substances, meaning that it is illegal to obtain or sell them without a prescription; however, possession is not punishable.

Pretty sure gettin a package shipped to your house would be classified as "obtaining".

I've been pulled over with a jar of dbol in my cup holder, loaded syringe of HGH was honest with cop told him I use and he explained the laws always have gaps
It wasn't worth his time to do all that paper work for 50 plus pills
Now if I had a backpack in the back seat that be a different story

No different then weed in Ontario you can half 3.5 grams on you with no hassle unless there dimed up

I've mailed to my house for 5 years just put a different name on it or now I have a PO box with post Canada and my boss let's me sensor too his work cause it's faster and safer that way

They arent going to come after you for 5-10 vials. They'll just seize. Now if its like 30+ vials different story depending on your lawyer.

I read through that drug law and there is nothing that says anything about getting steroids delivered to you within Canada will there be any criminal charges laid against you. Importing in or out tho a different story. Production and distribution is an obvious for charges. I dont believe there is any laws against purchasing other than the drugs will get seized. Or that is what I have heard from reputable sources anyways. End users do not have to worry

And also I agree here cops ain't after some little user that spends 500 bucks a month on gear lol

The want the guys that are buying massive bulk orders and pooring it in the gyms

Knowledge is power. And the more you know the better chance you have of protecting yourself in a bad situation

What are your thoughts on northern nutrition ???

He's a reseller but isn't making crazy mark up I'm sure. He's a good dude in the community and has easy communication via PM or email is always prompt to tell you and I get my pack either the next day or within 2 days as we are in close proximity so that's a bonus for me. Minimums kinda suck but does help with longevity for him to not have to send 100 small packs instead can send 10 and not seem so off.
