...He weighs 215 pounds when he started and is now only 218 pounds and he said he trains 6 x(wk) .I told him his issue was his calorie intake (3200). 3200 I explained is what i used to eat before I ever cycled....

As CanuckBR has stated "It's complicated", however, 3200 calories/day to build mass for someone in the 215/220 pound range is less than maintenance, depending on their activity level. I tend to pick the weight I want to achieve and try to eat at that level, taking into account activity level.

Also what is the reason for training 6x/week?

Agreed, again I'm fat I train 6x a week but my goal is change my body and put mass while lower bf, I'm 6'1 around 240lb I doesn't look too big like most of the dig guys at my gym

If I was looking only for bulking I wouldn't train more than 4 or 5 days a week and aim for 4000 calories or more

Not sure y he is training 6x day

Theres absolutely nothing wrong with a 6 day split if you do it right. My biggest strongest natty friend does a 6 day split and had no issues at all with joints or recovery.

Can we get our pitchforks out??? I've been waitingggggg

Not sure what his protein intake is...i just told him straight up go get bloods .If for some fucked up reason shit comes back bunk from a bad batch im sure he will get every penny back but until then I highly doubt it's the gear .In my mind his first cycle alot can go wrong from training to diet..3200 calories is what i normally eat when im not on cycle....christ I been on cruze on test cyponaite for about 2 months now and I'm still a fuckin 197 pound beast
What is daily protein intake at? Focus on the big compound lifts. 6x per week may be too much.

I'm on my first cycle in five years and in 5 weeks I've already put 13 lbs on. He's either not really eating that many calories or he's not training hard enough.

Absolutely right. A properly planned training plan using a 6-day split can work wonders. Diet and recovery need to be spot on.

Need help from u fellow canadians
I recently hooked a friend up with some pareto gear and he is 7 weeks in test cyp and tbol but not feeling much of anything he said. It's his first cycle which is why I find it odd. He weighs 215 pounds when he started and is now only 218 pounds and he said he trains 6 x(wk) .I told him his issue was his calorie intake (3200).
3200 I explained is what i used to eat before I ever cycled. What are ur guys thoughts on this ?

So heres the thing. Your boy aint eating enough. He should be eating 5000cal a day. Cyp is one of the esters that is great to cut on. If he's eating bare maintenance calories then he will not gain weight but his strength should go up and he should see the difference which I'm sure he is.

When he doesn't "feel" anything what does that exactly mean? If its his first cycle he won't know what to expect. Its different for everyone. Is his sex drive up? Has he gained bigger lifts over this time? Is his skin oily. Weight hasn't gone up but thats because he isn't eating properly for it. And if he's doing a ton of cardio that will also stunt growth if he's naturally lean/smaller

So many different signs to look for.

agreed. I train 6x a week
legs and tris days 1/4
chest and back days 2/5
Shoulders and bis days 3/6

Im 240, about 18%bf and have gotten my max's super high on that. bench 525, squats 640, deads 680

Those are great numbers. My shoulders ache thinking about your 525 bench! My best bench ever was 435 x 4.

My best gains have always been when training 5 days out of the week. Currently at 247 lbs, 6ft, 13-14% bf, training since 1988. Haney was Mr. O when I started! He was natural and used smilax and his special hetbal supps!
