Holy shit CdnGuy, didn't think I'd see that name pop up on here again. Good to see you back dude, hope all is well. You must be excited to get a cycle going.
 
Well that would be logical going along the lines of M-morning, W-afternoon, F-evening to keep pining simplified.
 
Seems like a lot of people use it in PCT and while off to try and keep muscle and minimise fat gain while their test is low. Personally, I have no idea if it actually helps, but thats what I keep reading around the place.
 
I am thinking of tossing in test suspension in my next cycle! can I just get some feedback in how some of you guys used it and how you liked it
I workout 6 days a week working out every muscle twice but I would be using it 3 days
Chest/back
leg days
and arms

I'm thinking I'll start it same day as my next 10 week cycle and continue it through til the end of pct
