Afternoon gentlemen, here thinking about the next blast.

Today I'm 6'1, 215 lb about 12% bf 41 years cruising on 250 mg test cyp weekly.

Also I'm doing keto and if 16/8 today, I feel it helps me a lot to keep lean and it's not too hard to keep the diet.

Anyway, thinking about add som other compounds for 14 weeks starting in August just for aesthetic reasons to feel better in a vacation trip in november.

Thing in keep the test as is now and add mast for the entire blast doing a 6 weeks of bulk diet and add an oral like anadrol or superdrol following by change of the diet and cut for the last 6 to 8 weeks adding clen and t3 in the last 4 to 6 weeks.

So, that would look like:

Weeks 1-14 250mg test C and mast e 200mg /week
Weeks 1-6 oral for bulking
Weeks 9-14 t3 and clen

Aromasin or adex if needed, but I don't think I would need on this dosage.

Any insight about this cycle would be greatly appreciated.

If it were me I'd bump the mast to at least 400 /week. 200 seems pretty low

I thought about that as well, I'll probably go that way.

Any idea what oral would help me more to bulk, never used neither one.

Have used Dbol in the past and didn't see big gains, but wasn't dieting properly that probably was the reason.

I don't really understand how/why you would try bulking on Keto.
Get carbs into your diet... feed your muscles.
If you do a proper diet, you can stay lean and bulk.

No, keto would be only one cutting or my daily basis, I don't really think bulk on keto is doable

For bulking I'm planning something like 1 mg/lb protein, 0,3mg/lb fat and the rest on carbs, starting in 2500cal and bumping 200, 300 cal per week then back to keto for cutting

Also it's easy for me to do keto because my wife likes it and is doing it herself, so it's easier to me to do keto than low fat for a long time
 
Structure things better/buy a diet if you don't know how to do it. But if you wanna bulk and stay tight...
You can get in 1.5g protein/ lb of weight easily while staying tight and lean. Especially on juice.

And I would drop the mast, add in a deca for 14-16 weeks. Or tren for 8-12.
Add in dbol/anadrol for kickstart.

Then do mast last 6 weeks to end the cycle looking big and hard.

That would be nice but tren is not an option for me, last time I run tren not even I could handle my a-holeness, so wife and I hot the conclusion that tren is a no no

Wouldn't deca increase my water retention to much I'm lean today, didn't want to loose my definition

Haha it happens!

Deca seems to hit me pretty happy though...
Just saying a bulk on mast... not really a bulk.
But it's a great finished at the end of the cycle.. And if you cruise after instead of pct and off.. Test/mast holds that look awesome

Would you kind of cruise on mast and test? For that would you say 200mg of mast is something to try or lower than 400mg would be really noticeable?

I like NPP instead of Deca, didn't hold that much water and clean up from the system faster, but need more pins, maybe NPP/test/anadrol for 8 weeks and mast/test/clen/t3 for 6 in this case I would run mast p

Saying if you don't pct and come off... cruising on test/mast isn't horrible. After a big cycle you'd see the 200-400 range. I sat on 300/week (100p/200e) and I liked it.

And npp you could get away e3d, soo you don't pin that much more. I'd drop the anadrol at 6 though. I don't like to go long on toxic orals.

Ooo that's a hard one!
Superdrol I haven't ran religiously as much as I'd like to advise. If my diet is shifty, it can run bad side effects. If everything is on par, I love it!
I definitely keep trying to make it work over the others.
Anadrol over dbol for me...

All mine were Pareto that I've mainly ran.
About to try Pcom Anadrol for the first time.

But Superdrol, I'd keep a 2nd oral to move over to if you choose that. I've had to stop using it, give a few days break and then retry due to lethargic feelings.

Yes, but it's not like the water weight is permanent. Nandrolone is 10x the bulker that masteron is.

If you can deal with a bit of bloat during the cycle it's a way better option.

Npp is great though... same shit.
And yes, you can use over the counter water dry or just make sure your ai is on par. Keep the bloating down.

Those instant noodles drained with a couple cap fulls of soya and canned meat of choice makes for a great snack. My favorite canned meat meal though is a dozen eggs scrambled with a large can of ham mixed in then seasoned to taste.
