Ha! I just ate a 12 egg omelette this morning with some bread. I cant do the canned ham but I can see how it would get you going good in the morning with a ton of protein!
 
for lunch I usually do 2 cups diced potatoes, 30g cheese, peppers, spinach and scrambled eggs mixed into it too. Actually my favourite meal lol

12 eggs, three slices of chopped bacon, shredded sharp cheddar, onions, mushrooms... Breakfast of the gods.
 
Hey guys

Best source for pharma PCT meds that can pass into Canada easily? Caber, etc. Might buy a few bottles so I am worried about pass rate

I saw his price at about $100 CAD for 8 tabs of 0.5mg Caber. I can get in Canada 1mg tablet for $10 so I was hoping to find another source to keep on hand.

I know many sell the upjohn caber for $50-75 CAD for 20mg x 1 tab, perhaps I just roll the dice there
 
Guys, how long after cycle do you guys usually maintain before going on a cut?

So many conflicting answers.

Say you finished a bulk cycle. How soon can you go back on a cut? Some people say maintain for 4 or so weeks (until pct is done). Others say keep protein high and continue your cut after 1-2 weeks.

I guess it’s differenr for everyone, but what’s the general consensus?
 
Depends what your cut means. If it means juicing...
2-3 Months. Draw blood 8-12 Weeks and make sure you recovered.

Lets your blood lipids return to normal, Cholesterol drop back down to normal.

If cut means cut calories and maintain, as soon as you finish your bulk. You can cut fat without losing muscle if you diet and train right.

What about a natural cut? Dropping calories 500-600 below maintenance.

As soon as you start PCTing, I'd adjust my calories according to the plan.
You don't want to lose your gains, So I wouldn't go significant. But If you plan things right you can cut slowly and keep your size with the right food and training.

Thanks man. Just to be precise, what range would you say would be best to keep muscle gained from the bulk. 200-300 calories deficit?

It is even different individually. My last cycle I started cutting three weeks after my last pin. Other cycles I started cutting during the cycle. However my favorite is to try to keep where I am at after a bulk until about two months before doing oil again. I don't like cutting but want to go into a cycle with the lowest BF I can so doing my cut prior to bulking makes the most sense to me.

Two months prior I will start cutting, usually running hGH, T3, Var, and now Frag. Keeping protein high and dropping carbs. One month out I would stop running the Var, and then on my first pin drop everything but the hGH.

Everyone has their own thing, it takes a bit of trial and error to find what works best.
 
I didnt drop my ls for cutting. I just adjusted my macro intake. More protein and fats, less carbs. And then I cycled my carbs high medium and low. Was 5500 cal a day and it worked for me just fine

Icewood Pharma (website) has a assay on their site also that is very positive. Their price is insanely low for 97%+ 10 IU growth, however could be the brand is being very competitive and trying to corner the market.

Any reps carrying this brand?

Edit: The test is on Jano's site so it was preformed by that lab
