I wrote it wrong, when I put either 400 or 300, it's per week, not the doses I'll be pinning. At that amount, I'd rather use other compounds instead of only using Test. My bad!Looks like you're getting towards 1700mg test weekly. Myself, i would start the arimidex into the second week regardless. .5mg eod or e3d to start, then watching for sides of course and adjust as needed. Just my 2 cents, i guess it depends if you're e sensitive or not.
There is more to that. Yes, I want to drop 4-5%, but I also want to be as strong and athletic as possible for that period in time. I've got some physical tests and I want to have an edge. So I already have my diet coach. I haven't decided on my training yet, but it's something Meadows did.Hire a trainer for diet if that is your goal.
Because dropping 2-3% there your gear won't be that determining. You aren't on much so diet/program can make/break you to hit that.
At that level with gear I'd say you should be able to stay at 209 and drop body fat pretty easily with food and a good program in 16 weeks if thats all you want.
The weight I put down is only what I think I'll reach. If I can be at 200 and 7-8% bf, I'd be loving it lol.
