I shouldn't say it's the deca,I guess maybe 3cc at once in one spot is to much for me,cause once I split it,I barely notice the pip on the side the deca was on.

Sometimes when you mix compounds it can hurt, and by splitting them up you can fix some of the discomfort. I do not know exactly why this happens, but I have witnessed it.
 
Every body reacts differently, mine just can’t handle T400 anyway, my guess for you would be the 3ml

I’m quite pussy, hehe, can’t handle very well more than 2ml as well but have heard about people pinning 5ml

So my only advice to you you be, listen to your body and find what works best and worst for you

I get it from a friend for 100 for 20ml test. I'm just curious as I see 0 side effects using 2 grams.
Yea get some blood work done man, gold standard for seeing if your gear is bunk or not. Running 2g of gear you think you’d notice something.

I was only eating 2500 calories though so I bumped it to 3000 last week,went up 10lbs.about 325 protein,280 carbs,70 fat. is that enough or should I still go higher? I'm 5'10 203lbs.pretty sure the 10 I gained is likely just water weight. I dont know where else to get any different stuff. i messaged the rep on here for newport but he never replied back and i emailed him,but nothing yet.

As you gain more lean mass, you'll need to keep increasing calories. If you hit a wall where weight gain stops, bump them up and you should be back on track.
 
ok I'll give it one more week at 3000 then go to 3500. iam noticing gains,just took longer then I thought,I'm only 5 weeks in with the deca
 
BMR for most individuals requires at least 2500 calories I’d shoot up to 4K and work your way up man. Start eating my dude.
 
As others said eat..... I had to always up my cals about every couple of weeks on blast. I knew this but never thought of it until on 3300 cals and on a blast I dropped 2 lbs in a couple weeks, upped my cals and started gaining again.

Basically, yes. Take this example using arbitrary numbers to get an idea.

Let's say 2500 calories is enough to maintain your bodyweight at 185 lbs and increasing to 3000 calories gets you up to 190 lbs.

To maintain that new bobyweight, your new maintenance is 3000 calories. So forth and so on.

This is why i'll probably never be a mass monster. i'm great at maintaining a bodyweight hovering around 200 lbs. (At 5'5") but anything beyond that is a literal bitch for me, because my appetite just isn't consistent enough to break that plateau. :mad:
 
I'm gonna try 4000,on a day like today where I'm only awake 12 hours,I don't think I could eat that much,but most days I'm working 14-16 hours so I could do it then. I dont wanna waste this cycle cause I didnt eat enough,so I'll just eat for the next 8 weeks then see where I'm at.

when you go off cycle,how much would you normally decrease your food intake?

I would say everyone is different. Find your maintenance levels and go from there, both gaining and cutting. If you aren't cutting when you come off cycle and plan to continue bulking or maintaining then dont cut cals.

Even though i cruise (TRT) i eat the same, since i'm trying to preserve what i've gained, by eating at maintenance for that weight. Which like i mentioned before, i'm great at doing. My weight doesn't fluctuate all that much.

i haven't done a real blast in a while, and until i can get my appetite on par with my goals, i'm holding off or otherwise i would just be wasting gear.

If you drop calories too far, you'll be in a deficit but won't have the muscle sparing properties of AAS on your side. Something to consider.

I tried to talk to him and he refused reship to canada.
His lack of communication also made it horrible as an option.
