Yeah, you got a good memory bro, I'm taking a break from mma and Judo though. I even quit my grappling gym so I thought I'd focus on mass and when I get back I'll just compete at 185 or 200+ instead of 170. Bout time I moved up to play with the big boys anyway. I've changed my training aswell. Instead of bodybuilding style routine, I'm doing strongman style, basic compounds, lots of super low rep sets, focus on a big strong back and getting a wicked DL and then when I go back to grappling I'll just suplex everyone. Well thats my plan anyway.
