It doesn't reach peak blood levels till over 10 weeks, so while its not certainly not 'useless under 16, amazing after 16' (I don't know who ever said this tbh, and you're right, that is a specious statement) you don't want to spend 10 weeks getting that in your blood and then only do another month of training and then stop the cycle. You only got a month of gains out of a very mild steroid. What a waste, EQ isn't over cheap either. So it makes sense to do it over a longer period of time. I think you are being intentionally difficult and holding onto the semantics of how something was said that doesn't represent the general consensus anyway.
