My Clinic tests me in January and then again in March if anything is off and then I'm good until the following January unless I need them for something.

The rep actually sent me a copy paste of the email exchange between him and the mail room guys. I’ll just copy paste the email:
“This is how it was inputted. There were only 9 orders that day so this is unfortunately a CP issue
order 7
[Name]
[Correct address]
[correct city]
[correct postal code]
Shitty thing is that it's no one's fault. But the company isn't going to take the hit unfortunately for something that isn't in our control. I hope he understands”
So Nordic acknowledges the address was correct. I deleted the order when I copied it but the order was correct. And that this was a Canada post issue.
This goes above the reps head. He can’t do anything apparently and it’s the company that decided whether or not to replace or partially reimburse, which was something I suggested.
If I had received even partially credit I would’ve been cool and probably posted about how accommodating Nordic is. I also know that CP lost a guys order during the strike and Ace replaced it (I don’t remember if the guy posted about this on Meso or Source talk). So other companies handle the same situation better.
It wasn’t the biggest order I’ve ever made but it wasn’t small either. But let’s be real, it was probably less than $50 worth of raw material on their end. They should just replace it.
Anyway. It’s cool. I just wanted to post my experience. Their gear was always good. But if you have an issue they won’t help you.

If you guys homebrew where are you getting your hands on sterile vials, benzyl alcohol, benzyl benzoate etc.?
The prices on the "Canadian Med Health Supplies" website seem pretty high and they don't have sterile vials.
This stuff seems so easy to get in the USA.

Holy shit, if you're looking for BA/BB/etc. look for Etsy shops... Shipping can be surprisingly cheap if they have their shop setup correctly. I just picked up some BA/BB for $50 CAD including shipping. Haven't gotten it yet but the shop has good reviews and has been around for a while. Can Med Health Supply wanted $33 just to ship to my house. Same order would have been >$150 there......

9 days delivery time isn't insane at all.
I just ordered Amazon Prime 1 dya delivery showed up 21 days later, sec9nd time it's happened.
If you take some time plan ahead rather then being "only fools run in" approach then you'll save allot and be able to stock
Ive used QSC and it took 17 days 1st time, 23 the next time.
I used HYB many times and once average it's 9 days for delivery so as per your post about about insane delivery times. Not

Although I love Growthguys they just relabel those Chinese companies mentioned and charge 3-4x more lol you can still order from these Chinese sources till Jan 15th without problem
