Need some help from you guys.

Always struggled to lose weight.
On Test I always have high e2.
I literally cannot lose weight.

Current protocol 150 test 70 primo.
Without the primo I just don't lose weight.
Very estrogen dominant.

It's only until I add that primo in I see the scales drop.
I feel proper glucose metabolism.
General feeling off stomach hunger comes back.
Even on metformin 1000mg my BG runs high.
Added in semaglutide again. At 0.25 for now.

I used to lose weight when I'm on higher androgens.
I feels like I get on a even playing field. But on TRT doses it is impossible.

Come down from 148kg to 120kg now.
Sitting around 19% measured on a inbody scan.

having Tirzepatide on the way hoping that will be able to do something.

Any help is welcome.

Honestly feel so frustrated.
If I missed any info or you want to have additional info let me know.

What about calories? What your typical day of food looks like? Are you sure you're tracking everything and not sneaking in some calories here and there? Beer or alcohol? Liquid calories?

Calories between 2200-2500 no liquid calories.
I track everything to the tits that's why it's becoming so frustrating.

typical day:
Fast till 12 in afternoon.

Chicken and rice and some vegs during work.
2 times.
Around 500g chicken split.
150gr rice.
Some bell pepers brocolli.

Evening some lean steak 250gr. Potatoes from airfryer. 200gr.
Again some veg.

Evening quark with raw honey and blueberries.
Usual day. If i were to cheat I still include that within the calories and let out some other carbs

Looks fine, your physical activity or cardio? Do you find it helps when you move more or do cardio or is not changing much? For example if your job is sedentary and you don't move much outside of the gym you might not burn many calories and your deficit is insignificant.

I find myself needing to move, if I sit and just go to the gym my maintenance is significantly lower and I have to eat considerably less to not gain body fat. That is on trt/cruise.

Blasts and add ons are different, because I feel like they boost metabolism and provide favorable environment for staying leaner while increasing lbm.

Also 10k steps a day every day.
20 min of cardio 6x a week

10k steps every day non negotiable.
30 min of cardio 5x a week.

I agree on blast everything gets better.
Especially my BG. But yeah can't blast forever.

Well then everything seems dialed in, sorry, I can't help any further. I ran out of any suggestions for you.

if you don't mind taking more things or doing some more "risky" options, some ideas are.

1 take t3 to increase resting metabolic rate.

2 temporally take an aromatase inhibiter and/or HGH to increase lipase activity.

3 temporally switch to a no carb diet to reset insulin resistance then transition to a low or moderate carb diet permanently.

4 fast for 5 days (120+ hours of nothing but water)
(then eat the normal number of calories but go slow on the carbs at the start)
to reset leptin and ghrelin resistance.

You know. I might try some of these.
Ai is tough. Asin crashes me at 6.25.
1mg adex does nothing. Letro is to hardcorde lol

Might do a fast again to increase insulin sensitivity.
Great suggestions though my friend.

I find it hard to believe a man of your size can eat this little and not lose weight. something doesn't compute

Steps are a useless metric.
Up your cardio to 2/30 minute sessions early/evening.

The thing that doesn't compute is the estrogen dominance.
Also my thyroid hurts when that happen and my T3 is at the bottom and TSH around 3.

Then a week later with primo in the picture T3 is in the middle and TSH around 1.6
When my e2 gets high it completely fucks my whole system.

You're saying you can't lose weight at 120kg and eating 2200 calories unless you take steroids, basically?
Something is definitely fucky here.
