can’t stay asleep

Well to clarify, I don't know what it was that made me groggy. I'm going to bust this stack back out tonight and give it another shot and then drop the Apigenin tomorrow night and see if the grogginess goes away. It helped, but I seem to recall it lost effectiveness pretty quick over a few nights.
Keep an update here! Interested to see how it goes.

I bought a single vial from a reseller for $20. Could've spent that money on gas.

Didn't work for me either. I've seen and heard more promising things on Epitalon. Wouldn't risk blowing more money on it though lmao
Fair enough.

I also did not expect it to do anything, but it's been a consistent result for the last week so I am going to run the vial dry and then see what happens when I stop using it.

I ended up going based on your information and just used Glycine and Theanine. Worked wonderfully and had quality, fast-onset, deep sleep... until 3AM. However, that was about six hours so meets sustainability for me. Just not ideal for the sake of sanity/boredom.

But like everything sleep-related, everything seems to work well just once or a few times and then fades. Without the Apigenin, I had zero grogginess, so I'm glad you mentioned it.

Going to keep going with the Glycine and Theanine and see how it goes this time around without the Apigenin.

My sleeo quality last night. 50 Trazodone and 15 Mirtazapine.

It’s 100% wrong though I woke around 12 to pee and it definitely didn’t record my awakening for some reason

Probably got 7 hours total. Still solid fortunately

In terms of sleep

I find 15mgs of Mirtaza so far to be the best to keep me down. If I do wake, it's shortlived and I can ease back into sleep just fine

I do feel groggy for a bit and my workout is a bit harder in the mornings, but by around 4 hours post waking up I'm totally fine.

I may stick to this for now but I am definitely going to give Lunesta a shot in the future

That's some solid rest. I had better last night, too, but not that good. Glycine, L-Theanine, and I pushed all the day's Magnesium to be pre-bed. Didn't wake before 3AM and then fell back asleep relatively quickly until about 5AM.

Glad to hear man! I think L-Theanine is great. I also think maybe upping the Magnesium dose might also be beneficial. I've been doing research these past few days, and apparently people on gear (and especially stimulants) burn through Magnesium at an increasingly fast rate.

Steroids increase Epinephrine. Epinephrine can drop blood magnesium (PMID: 2418312) and stress/catecholamines (which steroids do increase) also lower serum magnesium (PMID: 2187026) so these all lead to faster magnesium loss than one can keep up with.

I'm also going to up my Magnesium Glycinate from 1600mg to somewhere around 3000mg+. I may be burning through magnesium faster than I can supplement with. I'm going to deem this thread as my "log of sleep issues and my attempted resolutions."

Glycine also is so awesome, I take 8g daily no matter what and while I haven't tracked my sleep before and after supplementation, I like to imagine it's helping, especially with my sleep these last two nights lol.
