Sleep last night was light

Still doing 50 trazodone and 15 mirtazapine, definitely feel well rested but I had more night awakenings

Sleep quality is still nice though, on a blast RN and gains are coming in, prioritizing sleep is my key here

Will try doing more CBN to increase sleep quality

I know you got these people that think they know what the fuck they're talking about because they read this or read that with no real actual experience with the medication, i've been taking this trazodone for 10 years and have had stopped and started a few times ,

They weren't attacking you, they were letting you know of a potential issue you could run into. Not everyone knows your full medical history from a handful of posts.

This is a harm reduction board and thats exactly what they were trying to do, reduce potential harm.

No need to get so defensive.
