Samples should arrive at Jano's today. Stubbornly sourcing/wanting to use exclusively EU pharma grade carrier oils and solvents (for which I cannot even post the COA's for OPSEC reasons) resulted in months of delay (as can be gathered from how long ago I posted all the raw labtest results for what's to come).Very needed and it is the end of summer
Makes more sense then, I would use that dose aswell thenHello, only because some what of a HRT dose, like for well being purposes along with my TRT
Got me all hyped up now, time to prepare the walletSamples should arrive at Jano's today. Yep we’re all just waiting patiently to empty that stock in a day lol.. can’t wait for my kitty vialsGot me all hyped up now, time to prepare the wallet
Asking this broadly, there's definitely a complex answer (for both half-lives) in theory involving variables like viscosity of carrier oils of various quality grades, cosolvents, at least one genetic factor and what is attached to that specific ester but I'm assuming you're looking for practical advice to determine optimal injection frequencies for something like Test E in MCT vs GSO? I believe the optimal answer for you individually requires multiple rounds of bloodwork unfortunately.@Liska how do you think the different thicknesses of carrier oils affects a specific esters half life ?
I will mirror what I said in the blood work thread.I got bloods done after 7 weeks of @CCUSA Test C at 300mg/week. I was on TRT at 144mg/week prior to starting. I pin 100mg Sun/Tues/Thurs nights and I got blood drawn on Thursday morning appx. 36 hours after last pin. I feel great and have no e2 sides.
Total T 2055 ng/dL
Free T 465 pg/mL
E2 125 pg/mL
SHBG 54 nmo/L (calculated)

I understand, I’ve been reading about long esters like test U that’s done in castor oil and this seems to play a large part in its extreme half life.Asking this broadly, there's definitely a complex answer (for both half-lives) in theory involving variables like viscosity of carrier oils of various quality grades, cosolvents, at least one genetic factor and what is attached to that specific ester but I'm assuming you're looking for practical advice to determine optimal injection frequencies for something like Test E in MCT vs GSO? The half-life elongation of the highly viscous castor oil comes at the expense of requiring higher amounts of cosolvents to compensate for said viscosity and keep it from crashing, though not necessarily as much as is used in Nebido (Nebido 1000mg/4ml, solution for injection - Summary of Product Characteristics (SmPC) - (emc)). If you do require the very longest half-life among commonly available test esters then it's worth looking for the 'original' recipe.I understand, I’ve been reading about long esters like test U that’s done in castor oil and this seems to play a large part in its extreme half life.
What’s the dosage on this for one you’ve made?Good day, let me see if I can dig up one of the articles on it.
I cannot find the original article, but this basically covers it.
When diet and exercise don't seem to be enough, lipotropic cyanocobalamin B12 injections contain essential nutients that can make all of the difference in your weight loss journey. When combined with a healthy diet and regular physical activity, LIPO (MIC+B12) helps breach weight loss plateaus and hit your weight loss goals.
What are Lipotropic Injections?
The LIPO shot with Cyanocobalamin B12 (MIC+B12) is an intramuscular injected supplement used for fat loss. Lipotropic injections work to help you burn excess fat by improving your body's fat metabolism: Promoting weight loss while also providing essential detoxification benefits.
These are intended to complement aspects of another weight loss regimen, including exercise and a low-calorie diet. Lipotropic shots shots are found to work best when honoring a clean diet and avoiding processed foods, healthy lifestyle habits, and a regular exercise routine.
The combination of specific amino acids (MIC) and Cyanocobalamin B12 in this lipotropic injection formulation is believed to preserve lean muscle mass while also working to burn fat, speed up your metabolism, prevent cholesterol build up and detoxify the body. However, lipotropic injections used alone without a weight loss plan or exercise program may not be safe.
According to wellness professionals and weight loss specialists, people who use lipotropic injections and adopt healthy habits and a proper diet should produce weight loss results more easily.
How Lipo Injections help you Lose Weight
Lipotropic injections support the body with a natural detoxification processes by:
They also work to help you lose weight by reducing stored body fat, increase energy, improve liver function, and speeding up the metabolic process. Lipotropic ("fat burning") compounds work to metabolize fat from the liver, reduce the production of fat, and allow you to continue burning calories. Lipotropic injections do not break down fat cells themselves, but rather work to help the liver process that which has already been broken down.
- regulating fat metabolism
- removing toxins and waste
- supporting the liver.
Lipotropic compounds can improve overall liver and gallbladder function, protect joints, and help preserve lean muscle while helping you to lose weight. While most patients take them to lose wieght, they have also been shown to lower high cholesterol levels and reduce the risk of heart disease.
Most studies show that B12/MIC fat burning lipotropic injections for weight loss work best for those who are already actively working on losing weight. For many, other weight loss strategies do not produce the results they had hoped for. Lipotropic injections can provide the boost they need.
How Long does it take for lipotropic injections to work?
Some users report immediate effects after the first lipotropic injection. You may begin to see active results after two weeks of the program. True results vary from person to person, and depend on lifestyle. Whether or not the program is successful may also depend on the patient's personal expectations of results. The answer to this question will be determined based on the amount of weight you are looking to lose, your food choices and exercise regiments. However, many of our patients start noticing a difference in the first few injections.
Thanks,
CCUSA
Any experience on test U vs test E for TRT. I was gathering info and seems like test U is still.not very liked due to creating too much peak and valley in between shots and so test E/C is still preferred for TRT.The half-life elongation of the highly viscous castor oil comes at the expense of requiring higher amounts of cosolvents to compensate for said viscosity and keep it from crashing, though not necessarily as much as is used in Nebido (Nebido 1000mg/4ml, solution for injection - Summary of Product Characteristics (SmPC) - (emc)). so when i've used it, my Free T has been ruler flat, doesn't matter when bloods were drawn in relation to pin, Free T basically the same. Looking at total T, which is Free T, bound T and T still bound to an ester and the peaks and troughs of total T doesn't ever give a fair representation of what is actually happening in terms of active hormones. I do however now concede that some people seem to clear nebido type products ultra quickly, so can't do the 4 weekly dosing that it suggested and all measures of T drop super low. you'd need to try it and see how you respond.Any experience on test U vs test E for TRT. I was looking forward to reduce my test injections but I don't think that's gonna happen soon
I PERSONALLY found that Test U is excellent when Cruising - as It allows for stable blood levels for me doing 1x weekly shot while running any other ester like C or E , id need to do 2 , ideally 3 shots per week .. so what I do is run test U 1 mil E.W year round and add other esters on top of that when blasting . and back down to cruising on the 1 mil Test U .Any experience on test U vs test E for TRT. 1 ml doesn't say much as far as dosage, what's the mg/ml concentration of your Test U?I PERSONALLY found that Test U is excellent when Cruising - as It allows for stable blood levels for me doing 1x weekly shot while running any other ester like C or E , id need to do 2 , ideally 3 shots per week .. so what I do is run test U 1 mil E.W year round and add other esters on top of that when blasting . and back down to cruising on the 1 mil Test U .
Absolutely not, there's hundreds of hours of work inbetween having samples and having all these finished products ready for sale unfortunately. I do keep the thread updated so if there's no posts, there's no news either.if the new products arrived in jano yesterday, does this mean that during this week we will finally be able to buy the new products if they come out carefully dosed?
will you do a product tease with a testing dump of the products that make the grade?Absolutely not, there's hundreds of hours of work inbetween having samples and having all these finished products ready for sale unfortunately.
