That’s not the point to prosecute them they will end up with a fine that if they collaborate as witnesses agains the source and give new leads.
This is necessary as people doing illegal business have security measures in place so pc data is never stored and what is gets deleted if this measures are breached.
That’s why they go after costumers also to have a stronger case against the source and new leads.
The question is will the source snitch because if so it’s going to be a shitstorm of unhappiness coming this way.
So I am not an expert on steroids but I know very well how this agencies operate as they are the same ones that handle drugs also.
I know this will go over most peoples heads but it is what it is.
