It's legit. They want the name, are willing to make a monetary offer but are also willing to petition Facebook for the name if I refuse. That could go either way tbh, and because I hardly use the account it seems likely that they would give it away. I'm waiting on an agreement and an official offer from their lawyers.

Also, just to add, these foreign countries are relentless with scams. I had a Jamaican call my daughter's cell telling her if she didn't send money to an address they would kill her family. I got on the phone and asked the guy to come meet me for the money as i drove to the sheriffs office. The damn sheriff deputy got on the phone with the guy and he still didn't hang up!!! They don't care, they are relentless
