1) Negotiate reship insurance with source. Maybe this is a possibility.

since you dont want to speak reality lets speak hypothetically. If I purchase 20mg Tirz send that off to get tested and it comes back 94% purity 15.65mg how are you making up the dose and purity discrepancy?
