Chest injection

Tad bit of pip today. Not all that surprising on a virgin muscle.

Nothing too bad or debilitating, just mildly sore. Will probably keep the chest injections in the rotation, and just avoid them before chest day

I pin mine then typically hit chest the next day or the day after. I have noticed it helps with any lumps or soreness.

I decided to join the chest pinning coalition. Pinned on the right side a couple inches above the nipple like everyone was describing. Took a few hours but got virgin muscle pip, no lumps at all. Expecting soreness tomorrow. It's reminiscent of the first time I pinned my quads.

Same. Did chest today like 1Megaman too, sore, but everything else ok. Time to do the right side.

I do them the day of, after a chest workout. Or you can wait a day.
