whoooaa , Do I understand right you don't train and run 300-600mg test per week year round ?
If so, you are in a great position to end the debate that test puts on lean muscle without training .. so spill the beans how is your body composition now and how was it naturally ? weight, BF ?
Everyone asks me if I play rugby, I have quite a bit of muscle mass and every effort feels easy.
I look like I lift heavy 3 times a week, no idea about body fat but abs are showing quite a bit.
187lbs for 5'11"
Testosterone at those dosages does make you muscular without the slightest effort.
My joints feel better and my mobility is higher than when I was not on testosterone.
