Clenbuterol Experiences

I just wanted to hear some of your experiences with Clenbuterol. Both fat burning and muscle building. Is it worth taking if i want to gain some muscle or am i better off just taking ephedra.
 
I believe clen is totally played out. It does work for fat burning, but as far as the supposed anti-catabolic properties those have yet to be confirmed in any human study(as far as I know). I prefer ECA myself. But you could go two weeks eca, two weeks clen, and so on...as clen seems to loose its effectiveness over a couple of weeks.
 
I think clen is utilized best when combined with T3 and some form of AAS. T3 at 50-75mcg ED throughout, 80-140mcg clen ED slightly tapering up and down for 2 weeks at a time. Rotating with 1-2 weeks of ECA. Then another 2 week cycle of clen. You can take clen this way only 2 or 3 times for maximum efficacy. Now if you take only the T3 and clen, you will eat up a noticable amount of fat AND muscle. You have to throw in some type of anabolic agent to prevent losing your monster quads and thick ass back. The type and amount of AAS should be determined by the results desired.

I use it at 100 mcg/ed for 10 days at a time post cycle, with 14 days off for both anti catabolic and fat loss. I like it well enuph but it isn't anything spectacular IMO. NDK
 
myself and the wife have both used clen with good results. used clen and t-3 on my last cycle and leaned up quite abit.just seems like ephedrs can't do what clen can to me anyway.

t3 is cytomel. it is a thyroid hormone which speeds up the metabolism very well. check out the drug profiles for a full read on it. i have experience with it and i like it but it has to be a good brand.

This is strange. You're talking about wanting to gain muscle but neither Clen or Ephedra will do anything towards that. The fat burning, Yes, both will help. To burn fat, a lot of people used Clen for 2 days, then use an ECAY stack for 2 days and continue like that for however long they want. Especially if cutting calories, to avoid muscle loss doing this, most will use it while on an AAS cycle.

Maybe this is just me or in my head but I find the eca stck puts more muscle on me just for the fact I can go a hellava lot longer in the gym, I have to tear myself away from the weights. great stuff, i love it.
 
The thing I remember most about clen was the shakiness, almost like a tremor, in my hands. I remember struggling to write on the board in front of my students! That was the old ip superclen, some potent stuff...
 
i have to agree with the majority here. eca is more effective and far cheaper. couldnt take enough clen to match eca without bad sides. it gave me bad anxiety and shakes i just couldnt get use to. eca gave be bad side coming down when i first started but i got use to it and now dont get them. ive tried both with t3. i didnt get the synergistic effect of clen and t3 anymore then t3 and eca.

i think eca does have anti catabolic effects. i never train without it. actually, i never do any heavy or long recreation without it... yoga, rollerblading, swimming. anything that will prevent me from eating in a 3 hr span. i do find it a wonder drug. im actually astonished that it isnt used more often by atheletes.

i have to warn new users. when i started on eca, i really got to like stimulants. i began to use eca as a rec drug for staying up and drinking at bars. it was only a matter of time before i began on cocaine. i have fixed that. if i cannot get enough sleep that coffee will not fuel nights at the bar, i dont go out now. back to healthy living and lifting.
 
I like Clen for fat loss,I do a week on week off alternating with ECA.Only downside is i feel REALLY FLAT when using Clen,Vascularity dissapears.Can give you bad cramps also,but supplementing with Taurine is supposed to stop this
 
The only way I can use clen is at really low dosages; like 40-60mcg./day...Anymore than this and the side effects far outweigh the additional benefit...I'd choose an ECA stack every time over clen.

over the past few weeks I've done some heavy studying on DNP, clen, and t-3. I have put of eca to last. What exactly is an eca stack? I'm having a hard time finding info about it on the board because its under 4 letters so the search engine won't find anything for me. thanks. :confused: :confused:
 
Clen worked for me about 10 years ago to get lean but there was a lot I didn't like about it that has prevented me from using it again.
1st - headaches and cramps were too much even at 60mcg/day
2nd - I got flat and felt like shit
3rd - it irritated my prostate worse than anything ever has
4th- there are other better ways to get lean
5th - After the first 2 week cycle I used it again years later and got nothing from it but the sides...
So, that first time I did get very lean in 2 weeks, I was already proably 10%BF
But I just hated so much about it that I wasn't happy while on and don't plan on using again
