I don't know what the deal with Palumbo is and trying to contradict scientific studies but a lot of the things he said in this video just don't make sense.

All his advice is actually spot-on. I was just arguing with someone last week on here about blood pressure. As someone who's taking Clen many times then I monitor my blood pressure daily... Clenbuterol definitely lowers blood pressure. I've said this numerous times and people want to argue. It usually lowers it dramatically when you're at the end of a clen cycle and your taking a pretty big dosage. It's nice to hear Dave explain why this happens cuz I've noticed this for years. Around 120-160 mg range you will get some low bp reading.

I think Dave is a snake, but that doesn't mean he is always lying. I've taken clen a few times at dosage as low as 40mcg for months and it worked just fine. Online you will see all these crap needing to taper up and down, or two weeks on and off; people claim that drugs stop working completely but don't explain why they do...Palumbo explains this fallacious claim, especially with clen.

The drug is both a decongestant and a bronchodilator. A decongestant thins the blood to reduce blood pressure while a bronchodilator widens the vessels that carry oxygen, so the volume of oxygen in the blood increases.

I know. Never said it's safe. Just said it lowers bp. You actually have to be careful with overdosing and going to low on your blood pressure with clenbuterol

It has potential of lowering BP. It also has potential of raising your BP. It’s dose dependent. If I take 100 mcg in multiple doses in day my BP is going to be elevated. If I take 40 mcg it might lower my BP slightly, it might keep it constant. Just like test. If I take 200 mg of test a week it’s probably not going to effect my BP. The more I increase my test dose the more likely I could raise my BP.

Acually not according to the studies on clenbuterol. The bigger dose lowers bp.It's not like the decongestants you linked.Not even in the same class of meds.If you od on clen your blood pressure will drop dangerously low.
The problem is there's no such thing as a pure beta 2 agonist. It ends up agonizing the beta 1 receptors slightly and raising blood pressure at higher doses as well. This can be seen during allergy season in any busy emergency room on any given day. Patients will come in with an asthma attack, be given multiple nebulizers and their blood pressure and heart rate will rise. It's one of those reasons nurses go through clinicals and doctors go through residency/fellowships before working instead of simply reading the studies

My bp lowers on a high dose of clen. I guess I'm weird. I know others it happens too as well. Maybe it effects some people differently. All I'm saying is it lowers my blood pressure. You got multiple studies suggesting that it lowers blood pressure. You got a government study saying it lowers blood pressure in cattle. And then you got Dave Palumbo saying it lowers blood pressure. I'm thinking it lowers blood pressure you're just uninformed
Keep in mind that it's the beta blockers (atenolol, metoprolol, propranolol) that are FDA approved for lowering blood pressure, not the beta agonists. In fact, clenbuterol and albuterol will counteract the effects of beta blockers and vice versa- sometimes dangerously.
Ideally, the beta blockers would only interact with the beta 1 receptors and beta agonists only with the beta 2, but that doesn't happen in practice. These are not perfectly selective drugs.
